Looking like the hype train might be real for once. Only fly in the ointment is the Cowboys managing to go 3-0 with Cooper Rush under centre. I'm not worried about the Giants (or the Commanders, sorry @kick it off) but the Cowboys keeping pace despite injury issues is annoying.

No offence taken. We have decent WR and Wentz is playing ok, but the O-Line is killing us this year. Absolutely atrocious every play. Our defense have been ok considering they're always on the field. Philly looking good, they murdered us last week. Cowboys will fizzle out, they're not that good.

Official change to the concussion protocol with immediate effect concluding(in effect) that Tua's injury against Buffalo was not a concussion and the protocol followed, but now it would be ruled to be a concussion. They have added the sympton ataxia defined as abnormality of balance/stability, motor coordination or dysfunctional speech caused by a neurological issue

5-0! Not our best performance yesterday but still keeping on keeping on. Will be interesting to see how we hold up in prime time next week with the Cowboys defence playing at such a high level.

Don't think anyone saw the Giants being 4-1 at this stage too- hope anyone who made it to Tottenham had a good time!

Finally, how bad was that roughing the passer call on Brady? No way that flag gets thrown if its Geno Smith or Zach Wilson taking that hit.

Niners win on the road at last but bad news with Moseley probably out for the season plus Bosa and Gould limping off and not returning.

And implemented straight away in the Dolphins next game with QB no 2 Teddy Bridgewater removed from the game after a booth ATC spotter believed stumbled after he was hit on his first snap of the game. The perceived stumble triggered the "ataxia" clause in the league's concussion protocol. In goes QB no 3 Skylar Thompson the rookie getting the first game action of his career.

@king canary - Quinn incoming for you guys.

I hate the Eagles, but you can do nothing but respect and admire what their FO has done for the last few years. Aggressive roster moves that have put you undefeated, holding the #4 overall pick in next year's draft and 2nd most cap space in the league despite eating $60mill in dead cap. I mean, that's just incredible whatever way you paint it.

I hope you win another SB this season, you guys deserve it imo. I'm incredibly jealous.

The Packers are going down the drain. They have blown Rodgers best years when they should have won more than a single Superbowl and its downhill from hereon.

Yeah we beat them on Sunday and honestly they looked really bad. No weapons on Offense and Rodgers couldn't get anything going at all, and the sheer number of dumb penalties they committed was absurd. Rodgers looks a shell of his former self, but I do think thats mostly due to lack of weapons.

They haven't helped him no doubt but he also doesn't help himself. One of the biggest criticisms you can level at Rodgers and what keeps him a tier below players like Brady and Manning is that he seems to struggle to help young receivers get better and now he's on the Pat McAfee show throwing his team mates under the bus.

7-0 EAGLES! Did not see this coming in August. Every other team who didn't trade for AJ Brown must be kicking themselves.

Big takeaway from the other games is the lack of progression of the 2nd year QB's. Lawrence looks poor, Wilson looks confused, Fields can run but can he actually throw?

Wouldn't be shocked if the NFC title game is 49ers vs Eagles as the rest of the conference seems weak. It is mad the Falcons and Seahawks are top of their divisions.

Nice to watch the Niners at a decent time and to see them win on the road again which has been our nemesis. I bet they could even win in Wisconsin.

And what a trade McCaffrey has been. Running touchdowns, passing touchdowns and receiving touchdowns. At last we are converting in the red zone which has been a let down recently.

Washington on a hot streak at the moment. Ran Vikings super close but lost due to a bone headed penalty. Really hope Wentz stays injured /benched for the season, its so much more fun watching Heinicke.

Satan himself (Dan Snyder) has finally put the team up for sale so hopefully we will start to move into a brighter period. Front-runner to buy the franchise is Jeff Bezos with backing from Jay-Z and Matthew mcconaughey (who is a lifetime washington fan) amongst others.

Theuve always done it. Certainly for the 12 or so years I've been watching. Differences are usually minor though year to year.

That Bills v Vikings game was incredible yesterday- thought it was never going to end. The Bills seem to have slightly lost their way of late with Allen throwing some uncharacteristic red zone INT's over the last couple of weeks. 

There was however a huge drop off heading into the late games slate- Rams v Cardinals was a backup QB off, Colts v Raiders is two bad teams and only Packers v Cowboys had much interest.

Didn't see it but looks like the Niners game came down to the kickers.

NFC South looks a graveyard.

Apart from the Eagles and Vikings, not many standouts although the Dolphins have show a marked improvement.

“Dicker the kicker” starred for the Chargers… that’s the nickname he picked up at the Texas Longhorns 🙂  The Eagles cut him three weeks ago, back in Austin about to take his girlfriend to a Kelly Clarkson concert and the Chargers call him to fly out as their emergency back up. The Chargers players said no one knew his name, but two games in they do now….
