Do you mean the days where people only pick up on a manager complimenting another team when we''re not in good form? You know, as if it''s actually completely irrelevant but another pointless and logically flawed stick to criticise the manager?

Wind it in Hoggy for goodness sake as every week virtually without exception Hughton used to big up the opposition the day before a match and it became quite a feature.
Maybe a smiley emoticon would have stopped your little rant but then again it was me which no doubt helps your cause which i believe has you fearing for the continuation of the human race when it comes to reading football forums ?

Hughton... The chap who is doing rather well with Brighton in the Prem, you mean?Wonder if he still talks the opposition up? Because surely that''ll only end in him getting fired.

To quote from Tony Pulis''s press conference "Norwich have some good players and the manager has set them up well". Does that count as talking us up? Or talking us down? Or just showing the opposition a bit of respect? Or not. His face was perfectly straight when he said it. Actually, what he''d have liked to say is "They''re rubbish; how on earth that job lot of continental riff-raff managed to beat us last season I''ll never know".
