Hi, that was from 2023, my update was more about the mRNA vaccines finally being used for the illnesses they were designed for.

Time for some quick news, which is very exciting and some were very sceptical about this ever happening. Today sees Moderna go to stage 3 of a world trial for skin cancer. They are expected to also move on lung, kidney and bladder cancer in the next 6 months. Biontech for their part is expected to go to stage 3 on a number of their cancer vaccines in the coming months. This is amazing news and talked about in this thread. Finally the mRNA vaccines are being used for what they were invented for. It makes you wonder how far down the track cancer vaccines and cures would have been now had COVID not got in the way.

Nah, he’s getting it because people that go FCR and away games have voted for him in huge numbers, because he had a brilliant season. All the more deserved for some of the abuse he has received over the last few seasons.

What many casuals want is a bunch of seats together that doesn't cost £100, so they can make a night of it with their partner and kids and perhaps grab some food out. They could go and watch the ladies play ?

How many more times, nobody wants our tickets unless it is against Ipswich or maybe Leeds. There were hundreds of casual tickets, even on the morning of the Hull game, and if they are not snapped up for that, then they really ain’t the demand. Of course should we get in the playoffs, these mystery fans will appear, saying it’s not fair and the ground is to small.

I would have thought based on their results against the binners and Soton, they would want the binners, but then you are also gambling that you may get Leeds by accident.

Time for a few reds in the next couple of games for binner and Soton players and that should have been one.

Of the 2 teams I always thought we had a better chance against the binners than Soton, but I have changed my mind now though.

Quite funny of the current top 6 Leicester wanted their manager gone, Leeds wanted Farke out, Norwich wanted Wagner out and now Soton want Martin out. Who says success gives security lol

Plenty of experts on here were telling us how Leicester were s***, and binners were loads better than Leicester as the table doesn’t lie, giving those who suggested Leicester were the best team in the league a bit of flack if I recall correctly.

The binners would have had it if Leeds won against QPR, but nobody knows how Hull and Coventry will react.

At 5:0 it has to be said Sotons substitute goalie is even worse than the binners goalie

Anyone remember the goal that wasn’t given for Sheffield against Villa that meant Villa stayed up ( and look where they are now ). I seem to remember they weren’t allowed to take legal action, but I really can’t remember why, wasn’t it something to do with the VAR contracts ?
