i think the style is ok , but at the end of the day if you cant hold onto the lead due to lack of nerve, concentration, stamina or tactical nous then those thing need to be worked on it looks psychological as much as anything, players look like they are expecting it happen every game and then bottle it

i think klose, bennett and olsson are good enough, if pinto can learn to play like olsson he will do well, hes clearly got the pace to get forwardbutmartin, bassong, turner, whittaker were finished 18 months back if not before they arent really bad but ultimately if you cant hold a lead its either the players or managers fault, at some point you have to acknowledge your weakness, and its clearly been basic defending for god knows how long now, so if Alex cant organise them the club needs to hire a specialist who can, especially if they arent willing to invest in higher quality players
