If you are OK with moving the decision from the Federal Government to the State Government, then you should be OK with the decision to move it to the woman. If not, you are just moving it to where you have control. As for child care. If there is an abortion there isn't any. If there is a child, well "you did the deed"

I can only assume that from the DOJ's perspective they are working their way up the chain of command, and any premature indictments can affect later ones, and from a political point if view the optimal timing for indictments is Sept, just before the Nov elections.
