1. I would be amazed if there are not several gay managers. They''re just not openly gay. Difference is that, if you''re black, it''s not something you can keep in the closet
 2. c85% of the English population is white. figures here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demography_of_England So applying that logic, the number of black football managers should be well into double figures.
 3. Home game against Millwall in Feb 1972, the season we first got promoted to the top flight.
 4.
played for nigeria so im including him
On that basis I''ll nominate Ruel Fox (two caps for Montserrat!)
 5. Does Efan count? He was born and brought up in Manchester!
 6. Great performance. Unfortunately, Sunderland and West Brom only need to play out a draw midweek, and we''re down given goal difference.
 7.
And, you have a very short memory. There have been far, far darker times, not that long ago.
Absolutely. Remember 7-1 against Colchester in the third tier? If I had been told then that we were going to have two consecutive promotions, and three seasons in the Premier League, I would have taken that.
 8.
Just had a look at his history, and found this - "Following the success of his first season in Wales, Mackay was reportedly one of the candidates to replace Paul Lambert at Norwich City, however on 4 June 2012, Mackay turned down the offer to return to his former club and said he was fully committed to Cardiff City". A bit surprised at this - is this common knowledge or has someone put two and two together and made five?
I have heard from a pretty good source that he has spoken to Norwich since leaving Cardiff, but apparently wanted to keep his options open to see what other vacancies would be available over the summer. Specifically he was holding out for the Villa job should Lambert get the elbow.
 9. What do you expect him to say? "Little old Norwich next, so we can take our foot off the pedal"?!
 10.

No. Fulham will get one more win, but I''m struggling to see how we will get another point. I hope I''m wrong, but looking at Liverpool''s recent performances, we could well get absolutely stuffed next time out, and I don''t see us recovering from that.
so we won''t go down?
Sorry - meant yes! Doh!

 12. Put yourself back to the 7-1 defeat to Colchester. That evening, if you had been told that over the next five years we were going to have two consecutive promotions, followed by three consecutive seasons in the Premiership, would you have regarded that as success or failure? Nobody can possibly argued that McNally has turned the club round. Yes, he should have got rid of Hughton sooner, but some people have got very short memories.
 13. We really don''t look like getting back into this. Championship here we come...
