1. Good luck to the bloke, actually met the man in Newcastle many years ago while on a training trip. Really honest fella, wouldn''t expect it from that type of figure all the best to him, hope it can revive his career abit.
2. Ha, yes! That will be great (in a sick and twisted way, which I don''t want to see happen ONE BIT!) Should we lose on saturday I predict 10 posts saying "Gunn Out" and "We need time to gel" "We need a target man/goal scorer" and maybe even the few, I wish to sell my season ticket and remove my head with a butter knife.
3. As i''m not a complete loser, I don''t care how many posts there are on this forum regarding this weeks line up. I have a brain, and can navagate the message board safely, So I will not get lost or confussed.ANYWAYS,don''t think maric will start, Martin''s two goals against Wigan + Paper talk, and influence from players should see him starting against Colchester. But Maric will 100% get a runout, for the first league game. As I hope WLY does too, will be good to see him back at Carrow Road.
4. Trundle - Past it, worse move he mad was leaving Swansea. He''s dead and burried.I''d rather be looking at adomah if any one.
5. I don''t know.Maybe no one has changed their opinion, and it''s just different posters. Didn''t really pay that much attention to who the post was, just I remember the general populous at the time was voting towards the negative. Maybe since the optimists have dusted off their keyboards and started posting the negative-nobodys have silnced for a while and created what seems to be their mass-optimism and giving me the impression of Swings?..Interesting
6. Theo DruryDoc''ersNelson (Should he be 100% if not Askou)OstseeeemmborrrrrrrrHoola HoopOTJFish-GillWhaleyHolt Martin - with a 100% appearnce from Maric. Subs, I don''t care. As long as we have decent cover.I''d like to see Adeymi play a league game early, and i''d also like to see how WLY gets on again, in front of CR.
7. I just spoke to my friend "Doc Brown" who has some sort of time machine, ''parently it''s a Dolorian or something or other, I forget.Anyways, he just told me that we''re going to with 3-1. Martin will score 2 and Holt 1. Doherty will be at fault for their goal which will come at 1-0 to make it 1-1. Now I must go as some fella called "Biff" is after me.
8. I gotta admit, I''ve been chuckling away at these hoolahan posts! I remember (before the friendlies kicked in) Reading you all posting about how Hoolahan was poor, and if we recieved an offer you''d bite your hands off for him! Then he plays a couple of UNCOMPTETIVE matches and all of a sudden "I Wouldn''t sell him even for 8mill"  "We need to keep him at all costs"  "he will single handedly win us the league" Pop up everywhere!!The same with WLY, everyone it seemed would rather see their mother be struck down with swine flu than him re-sign, but all of a sudden everyone is cheerful about it! I''ve been a fan of Gunn since he stated he wants the job to correct his mistakes, and will stick by him, but good god. I''ve seen more opinions change on him that anything, it''s unreal. Firstly he was Osama Bin Laden, George Bush and Ian Huntley rolled into a juicey ball of hatrid, now he''s Barrack Obama, Chuck Norris and Alex Fergurson. Sorry, this isn''t a rant, or an insult to ANYONE, i''m not being negative, or even complaining, i''m just POINTING OUT SOMETHIGN I FIND FUNNY. I''m curious to see what would happen should Hoolahan leave? Would it have the croft effect? "They don''t know what a donkey they''ve got" - or would he recieve the Clingan effect, where people are actually sad to see him go.. I guess it all depends on who the post-ee is I suppose!Anyways, Rant over. I am prepared for the onslaught of insults etc, so i''ll give you a starter;I''m a Deucshe Bag.
9. Haha, i''m a CB my self, but orginally used to play in goal and had EXACTLY the same problem with you but vise-versa! :)
10. Don''t forget the signing of 60 gregs the bakers Cream Cakes for Delia''s fridge.Very important signing, could mean the difference between a top place finish in the dessert menu. Last year was terrible, finding our selves bottom of the league with "Delia''s own Sugar Cakes"
11.
I like the look of 13/1 to win the JPT.
..Sounds greatI''d say worth a cheeky score!
12. 7-10 games, if we find our selves already 8 points off 1st place.. I might be lowering my sights a little from 1st to 2-4th. Another ten games, lower my sights a little more.. Another ten games.. up-my sight to my head and shoot. This wont happen though as we''re going to win the league. ..and the JPT..and the League Cup; )
13. Quite interesting, I''d agree that the number of pointless top 4 fans outway those of the "Football" fans, I just don''t think this would reflect in the T.V figures of "this show"
14.

That appreciated the value of a "good goal." I mean we have the championship and MOTD obviously, but personally I''ve found the championship only to be on T.V because the people at BBC/ITV etc, just were fed up of hearing about it so they slapped some show together, and of course MOTD should be renamed to Arsenal/ManU/Chelsea/Liverpool-of-the-day. Wouldn''t it be nice, if there was an independatly made T.V show, that shew the best of the weeks action, from accross the U.K (maybe europe, but I see this being a stretch) so premiership down to every league with a camera at the ground. So many goals have been scored, passes made (ala hoolahan vs wigan.. WHAT A BALL!) and NO ONE has seen them! I mean, we can all name a few city examples from recent seasons; Needegard''s scorcher, Safri''s drive, Huckerby''s mazing run vs Brum even Iwan''s vs Crew goal for last game of his city career I thought was an excellent passing move with cracking finish.. but maybe 1/500th of the people of who have seen some crappy tap in by a stupid serbian poacher like Berbatov, have seen these classics. And I think it''s a shame on football, I''d love a T.V show that addresses these great goals/games, not just show''s the goals but analyzes them, breaks them down iun detail, not just one showing and then move on! Nothing complex, no interviews etc, just a simple 30-60minute show weely, "This Week''s Best Of." Sorted! BTW: I''m going to look SUCHHHHHHHHHHH a Wazzock if there actually is a show like this already, but MEH! BTW2: Out of Interest, when Norwich played Midleborough in the prem, and we found our selves 3-0 down and won the game with like 5 seconds to go, (or so it felt at the time) where did MOTD squeeze this into their schedule? I seem to remember Man U played Bolton in a classic 1-0 90th minute affiar that probably topped the bill.
We were first to be shown when we drew 4-4 with boro. We were losing 4-1 then made a comeback to draw 4-4
Omfg, Actually can''t believe I put down 3-0 instead of 4-1. Ha, do I feel the fool.. or do I feeeelll the foooll.
15. He can not dive to his left, very akward looking (Check 2nd goal vs Wigan is key example of this i''ve been told) - Dad is a former semi-pro goal keeper, and his "old age" likes to inform me of he was better than! lmao Bless him.
16. I''m hoping this is just a mistake from Gunn''s lack of experience in dealing with the media, but to me, I agree with you all. Sounds 100% like Hoolahan has a release-clause fee, maybe triggered by relegation from League One, or just a general minimum-fee release clause. I just hope that we can keep him past August 28th, and through-out xMas. I think the biggest part of Norwich City''s season will be the Christmas Transfer window.
17. I managed to get £100 on 7/1 when it was about, I think it was just after Maric came on trial.
18. Oh and BTW, the reason why this rant come about, was I just finished speaking to a friend who was banging on about how good the Anderson free kick was vs Boca Juniors, to which I replied, yea but he''s got nothing on Sammy Clingan, (sarcasm) to which none of the people on my 6-a-side team (all prem-team-supporters, but massive football nuts) could say that have seen one of Sammy''s GREAT freekicks

20. Doherty''s challenge is the type I used to make when I was a youth at carrow road lol, trying to anticipate the turn and merely block it off.. sadly it doesn''t work against players with a brain and two good feet, that type of challenge is youth football and sunday league, fuck know''s what the Doc was thinking! Spillane imo was doing a good job standing on his feet but was too square, not showing him wide giving him space to work inside, was early in the game so just hope neither of them had settled in.. mind you game kicks off a 3pm, that''s when they need to be ready not 3.06.
21. Henning Berg, PM your price. My fathers favourite player of recent years was Kenton, and i''m sure he''d appreciate this.
22. :) I Was Delia lmfao! I Posted about 4-5 comments asking questions, and didn''t get one through so I thought Eff this, set my name as Delia and posted "my buns are cold" and INSTANTLY it got through!!I mean.. C''mooon!!! Was funny tho :D
23. 3-2 and by the sounds of it 3rd a cracker..I dare some one not listen to this and be optimistic. Remember Wigan for the majority have played their full strength squad for this!
