1. He as not captained the German senior team.
2.
Why do we never produce or sell players worth this kind of money? Ipswich get £9m + add ons for Wickham, QPR get a £13.5mill bid for Taraabt, Leeds want (and will probably get close to) £8mill for Snodgrass. I know we had Ashton a few years ago but its annoying watching other clubs make easy money when we don''t.
And whos position would you rather be in, QPR''s, Leeds, Ipswich''s or ours?
3. And even if CMS did turn us down, Mcnallys not going to admit it.
4. Ok, so we are going to disregard everything any football manager says because the notorious Barry Fry once lied?   Barry Fry had a reason to lie, there was obviously ill feeling between the clubs after the move in January fell through. Unfortunatley for Fry we were promoted and found other players.   Redknapp as no reason to lie, also the quote which was “And I know Swansea want him – but so do Norwich and there are a couple of clubs in there.” must have had some truth in it as Caulker as signed for Swansea today!
5. Oli J, is from Wakefield which is 15-20 minutes from Huddersfield.   Think it would be a good move for both parties, he has tons of mates up here and is popular lad around Wakefield. And I think he''d do a decent job for Hudds.   He''s always done Ok for us, but this is too much of a big ask for him and he is probably behind Wilbs in the pecking order at the moment!
6.
Don''t think there was really anything in this Caulker to Norwich Loan rumour!!!
Despite the fact that Redknapp said ''Norwich want him'' ???
7. The following post is recieved with mixed views;   "I''m starting this thread tentatively because there''s no way of proving its true. A guy who frequents the place I work and is a Leeds shareholder had told me an offer of 7m has been rejected, because the club want 8m. I asked about Gradel, and he said the club might sell him too. I appreciate this is just my word, but I''m just passing a real conversation that just happened.(via mobile)"   To which he replies   "No as in I''m posting from my mobile. Some people are aware I live in Chelsea, this guy was in with Bates during his time at Chelsea and self describes as a shareholder. There''s always going to be people who doubt this shit, but as I said I''m just telling you what I''ve been told."   If Leeds really have turned down £7 Million, I cant see it been from us, Probably Newcastle? Also it is a big jump from the reported £3.5 we offered to 7, unless there as been on-going negotations and bids that we are unaware of.
8. How many goals Mcnamee was involved in early doors!
9. Cracking idea, Im going to Wigan, so that makes 10.   Genius!
10. They have all been bought over phone, sent to the same address and have been paid for by either mine, mums or dads debit card.   Could the club use discretion, or is it set in stone?
11. What are the exact rules on having 10 away stubs from the previous season?     Me and my Dad both went to 9 away games meaning I have 18 stubs. My Dads not bothered about registering his tickets but Id quite like to get mine done. Bearing in mind the club know I have bought 18 tickets, will they allow us to register one set of 10? Or do they have to be 10 seperate matches?     Also, I did have a ticket for the Ipswich game but because of car troubles the day before, I couldnt make it. So not only did I miss one of the greatest games of all time, im missing that tenth ticket!     As it is too late to call the club and ask now, I was wondering if anyone had been in the same situation and what was the outcome. Please no negativity or ''glory supporter'' posts, as I have probably the same amount (or more) of away stubs from League One!   Thanks in advance.   Chris
12. Mark down all his good saves aswell........oh wait, you cant.
13. Watford - Home (near post, should of saved) Eustace''s, smashed in from 7 yards??? No stopping that! Waftford - Away (Danny Graham equaliser) Agree''d - Arguably cost us 2 points? Leicester - Home (oh dear) Agree''d - cost us nothing! Forest - Home (should of picked it up, no need to kick it) Cannot be blamed for that, absolute freak! Cost us nothing! Leeds - Home (should of done better from a weak max griedel shot) Yes, probably - Arguably cost us 2 points? Crystal Palace - Home (beaten at near post from corner) Cant remember it - Arguably cost us 2 points? Everton - friendly (oh dear) Friendly, enough said - Cost us nothing! Gillinham - Cup Cant remember a mistake in that game - Cost us nothing!   At an absolute maximum Ruddy cost us 6 points!  And thats saying we would have stayed 1 up away at Watford, that we still would have scored against Leeds and won 1-0 and we would have would have held on to a 1-1 draw against Palace.   No one as mentioned that FF cant kick for toffee and that he as played at League One level, and League One level only! Yes im including the SPL in that!   Really makes me laugh when people say ''watching the DVD reminds me how bad Ruddy was''! Jeeez.
14. Where have Pompy got £2.25 Million from!! I think Whittingham would be a good investment at 1.5!
15. Well if they are unbeaten by the time that games comes up - Then you are either getting 40/1 on City to beat United   Or You can lay it off, guaraneeting a profit regardless of the result.   It is the same odds for us to be the first team to beat Chelsea
16. I know its a re-post and common knowledge, but I cannot wait to her his first assessment of the season about us..................   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ufZRA5gyXhQ&feature=related   How he was so wrong!
17. Wow, Footycanary is obviously a Grade A tool. Im torn between getting the new shirt or finding a good quality Asics shirt.
18. We are 40/1 to be the first team to beat them!
19.
Remember Paul Lambert has previously described Fraser Forster as ''World Class!'' http://www.sportinglife.com/football/news/story_get.cgi?STORY_NAME=soccer_league_1_and_2/10/01/24/manual_112439.html Given PL rates him so highly it would hardly be a surprise to see Fraser Forster back at Norwich. John Ruddy grew into the role and eventually did pretty well last season, but we need two senior keepers for the Premiership. Fraser has experienced some big-game atmospheres - particularly in the Old Firm derbies - that vital experience would serve him really well in the Premiership. In 44 games for Celtic he kept 24 clean sheets - that sounds pretty useful form to me!
In a league that is a worse standard than the Chmapionship!
20. Im sure I have watched an interview saying he was sad his move to Norwich didnt come off and that he wanted to join us, but would do his best for P''boro. I dont think we are the club he turned down. I think we have cooled our interest in him after signing JV and SM. I think having 5 strikers for 2 and possibly even 1 starting slot would be too much, meaning someone would soon be unhappy. Looks like we will have one of GH/SM with JV/SJ, not forgetting Chrissy, Cody, Oli and Wilbs.
21. Theres absolutly no reason to swap Ruddy for Fraser. Fraser as proven less than Ruddy as, so we dont need him for No.1 Fraser wouldnt come to play second fiddle.
22. Always find it a little strange how little compensation is for managers, compared to transfer fee''s for players.
23. Might be worth slightly less with the Tag Cut out. Im a medium, but have a feeling I''ll need a large as they probably a slimmer fit back in the 80''s. PM with the amouth you would be looking for.
24. Do you have a Large you would like to sell?
