1.
How dare you insert an article which contains the words "Norwich" and "ambitions" in the same sentence! [:P]
May the Lord have mercy on my soul.
 2. May the Lord have mercy on your idiotic ideas. Administration is great for the person who comes in and sweeps up the pieces. But that person could be anyone - and they could intend anything with our club. And then of course you have all the creditors who have not been paid. Local businesses who perhaps relied on our money to keep them afloat. And the club''s employees, who would possibly face redundancy at a time it''s almost impossible to get another job. And then there''s the fans, who have to endure days, weeks, months of worry, torment and speculation. Administration is not some get out of hell free card. It is very much a last resort that plunges us deep into Satan''s grip, with just the slim hope that someone can free us from that grasp. But that person could be someone with very poor intentions for the club. Better the Devil you know, and all that.
 3. I think I would resort to no more than three loanees at any one time.
 4. May the Lord and the board police forgive my sins for starting a new thread with regards to this, but I read this article and felt quite encouraged. http://www.tribalfootball.com/norwich-city-ideal-platform-theoklitos-255835
COMMENT: Michael Theoklitos has well and truly landed on his feet at Norwich City. The former Melbourne Victory goalkeeper signed with the Canaries on a Bosman yesterday and immediately is installed as the club''s outright No1. After his time at Blackpool, Theoklitos knew the score. There was little chance of a Championship club, let alone a team in the Premiership, giving a 28 year-old Aussie No1 status from the off. He would have had to do an apprenticeship and wait for the odd chance of suspension or injury opening the first team door. However, the move to Carrow Road couldn''t be better for Theoklitos. He joins a big club, a squad which is more than capable of winning the League One Championship, never mind scraping into the promotion places, and has been signed by Bryan Gunn, once of club''s greatest keepers. If any Norwich fans had their doubts about the little-known Aussie, the endorsement from Gunn will put him well onside with the supporters in the opening weeks of the new season. Treated shabbily by the national team powerbrokers and the Sydney clique in the local soccer media, there wasn''t much reason for Theoklitos to hang around in Australia. Melbourne fans will tell you he''s been the A-League''s outstanding keeper for the last four years - and the continued snub from the national team has been a scandal. He should now put down roots in East Anglia and play the long game. Norwich are capable of fulfilling all his ambitions - if he is prepared to get his head down and work hard. Mark Schwarzer was a similar age to Theoklitos when he won his move to Bradford City. The Melbourne man has a good ten years ahead of him in England, he just needs to settle and buy into what Gunn and Norwich are trying to achieve.
Comparions with Schwarzer are always going to occur, and I am yet to read a comparison that isn''t favourable. While, of course, I will make my own decision re Theo''s abilities, again it appears Gunn has secured the signing of someone very highly thought of in his native lands - very encouraging indeed.
 5.
http://www.walesonline.co.uk/footballnation/cardiff-city-fc/2009/07/09/cardiff-city-eye-leyton-orient-s-jason-demetriou-91466-24109950/ No chance looking at the teams in for him.
Oh ye of little faith. Demetriou might be swayed by the promise of regular first team football; of promises of bustling crowds excited by his style of play or even by our seemingly hypnotic training facilities whom every player who joins us claims are the dog''s do-dahs. I guess we will wait and see what happens with the lad.
 6. I would be reluctant to believe the words of agents. £7,000 for a player of Stephen Hughes'' capabilities is ridiculous. I would highly suspect the agent is attempting to drive up his client''s price. Here endeth the lesson.
 7. May God give me the divine inspiration to change your opinions. I must be the only person who thinks this would be a good signing. Platt is a player with a proven pedigree at this level; 10 goals in 31 may not be all that impressive statistically, but as a 6'' 4" target man I wonder what impact he had on the side which isn''t shown in numbers and statistics. The times defenders concentrated too much on him and allowed the smaller, nippier striker to slot an easy ball home with little marking. Or the times when he dragged away players in a set piece allowing tall defenders to get the opportunity. Or even the defensive set pieces he won when back defending. I want us to get away from this idea that we must have a big striker in our starting 11. It''s not necessary - but it is important to have height and strength in the squad as an option. Platt offers that in greater abundance than almost any other realistic target I can think of.
 8.
^^ Thats the wrong Stephen Hughes
May God forgive your awkward blunder.
 9. I would love to go, but sadly the Papal Chopper is out of commission.
 10.

Stronger than last year , you are dead right , this squad will flourish in league 1 and we''ll be in the top spot come xmas.
That''s more like it loan, knew you would see sense one day.
If only we had more supporters with enough sense to see all this cheap rubbish will lead to more seasons of misery , you wont be laughing once the season starts .One thing to look forward to only and thats Bryan Gunn getting his cards.
Repent! Repent before your soul finds eternal damnation!
 11. We must wait and see if the blessing of our Lord is upon us.
 12. May God have mercy on his glutonous soul.
 13.
Are you trying to start a rumour we are after Simon Cox from Swindon? If so we are about 1.99mill short of the 2mill Swindon are asking for him.
And of course a week too late as he''s already signed for West Brom.
 14. I think Platt would be a useful signing. God bless his soul.
 15.
In answer to your question on the NCISA website, no you are not the only Voice Of Reason. I am the Voice of Reason, the Seeker of Truth and Justice
Jesus wept. We have some weird ''uns around here don''t we? May the Lord have mercy on your souls.
 16. It could have been, of course, Owain Tudur Jones, who finished last season on loan at Swindon. May the Lord show you the answer you seek.
 17. In the name of the Father, son and holy spirit, I pray that the Unofficial Board Police have mercy on your soul.
 18. Hallowed turf? Has his Holiness blessed it?
 19. ...who, the holy spirit tells me, has just been given the job as Scotland''s Chief Executive!
 20. Well bless my holy socks. Not one I would have thought of, but would be alright if it came off.
 21. Like many a Catholic Priest (but for different reasons), I do enjoy seeing a young man put through his paces. It therefore warms my old heart to see messrs Chris Martin and Micky Spillane back at Norwich. I do think that both, in particular Spillane, could be valuable assets to us next season. Spillane seems to be that kind of special talent perfectly able to do a number of different roles. While his exploits at center half and central midfield are well known, it''s on the right of defence I do think we may well see him placed. Speaking with a number of God-fearing Luton fans, I do have to say it was here that they claim Spillane played his best football. It sounds distinctly like he gets about a bit, puts his foot in and cuts the mustard going forward. Lovely stuff. Chrissy Martin I think needs a good season. Scoring 13 for a poor Luton side was no mean achievement, and I for one think he could well play an important role. But I want to see him played in his natural position. Grant seemed to play him on the wing, and Roeder seemed to think he was a target man! What a load of holy water! Martin must be played as a goal poacher, getting himself in positions where his God-given first touch can be used to great effect to turn defenders and put him in scoring opportunities. Martin should be pulling the trigger - not loading the bullet. As much as I am looking forward to seeing the new players in action (particularly Matty Gill, whom our Lord in Heaven has blessed with some skill himself), I am even more anxious to see how Spillane and Martin have matured and developed. May God have mercy on your souls.
 22.

It is tough to vote for NCFC when we are yet to actually buy a player!
Tudur Jones?
...perhaps he''s the exception that proves the rule!?  Some are still far too hung up on this free transfer stuff, it completely misses the point that many players - such as Nelson - turn down improved terms from their clubs in order to make a move, so it is purely a timing thing that makes them free agents.
May the Lord bless your wisdom. Even if you have named yourself after the Devil''s relish! You are very right. Free transfers are not always unwanted players. Matty Gill was offered a new deal by Exeter. Swansea wanted to keep Tudur Jones, but I think the Martinez situation coupled with him not playing regularly helped us steal a march there. Finally, Nelson was offered a new deal and rejected it - he wanted to go elsewhere.
 23.
we should be signing a couple of players maybe tomorrow, has anybody else heard this?
May the Lord have mercy on your soul and prove you to be right.
