1.
So why has my bin blown down the road now then?
Because it saw some dust it would like to mate up with? [:$]
 2.

Thread closed, or should that be Klosed
Yes indeed.  I''ll send my £20 to nutty this evening.   When I started the thread I was banking on beating Newcastle and then Burton. One point out of six just isn''t good enough, by any standards.
Well done, Lakey.
 3.
For Trish I''m off to France on Sunday evening for me with PSG to win and Toulouse to lose : -PSG          v          Toulouse          Home WinFor The Raptor I''m sticking with CamJam : -Norwich to win with Cameron Jerome scoring the first goal.
That''s very cute Nutty. You could be starting a new trend where Pups look to throw a humorous twist into their selection.
 4. PSG to beat Toulouse.Nutty, March 11th will be difficult for me. I''m in Florida and have some family from England joining me a couple of days before that. Any chance of switching me to the previous week ( March 4th ) as long as that works with Norfolkchance1?
 5. Steve McLaren ( nothing new there ), Steve Bruce and Paul Lambert. At least it looks like it to me.
 6. If this game is pivotal, as some have said, I think we should do something really innovative to break Newcastle up at every turn. Dispatch someone immediately and secretly bring Kante up to Norwich in disguise to give us 90 minutes for a million pounds. That should do it.
 7. GMF, I have been watching with interest but have to go. Before doing so I watched Pescara score three in ten minutes but I ''ve just put the Sicilian curse on them, so not to worry. If things stay as they should for the next few minutes it''s a great win for you. Clever picks, not going for the obvious and, as a result, a great return.
 8.
You worried me then Yankee!!
I''m still worried Greavsy. [:D]
 9.

Newcastle needs a point and Brighton two points to mathematically eliminate Norwich from the automatics.
Might want to recheck your numbers
That will teach me ( at my age ) to try and do two things at once. Still think Lakey has a silly perspective though.
 10.

Lakey positivity is a good thing but blind faith and unrealism isn''t. We are not finishing in the autos.
Sometime you just have to believe.  It is still possible. Unlikely, but possible.
It''s not unlikely, it''s next to impossible. That''s the correct way to state it. Sometimes, Lakey, you do seem to take positions which are not only silly but lack the sensible thing to hope for and be optimistic about.Newcastle needs a point and Brighton two points to mathematically eliminate Norwich from the automatics. It makes much more sense ( and did prior to your note today ) to recognize that those two teams, apart from the matches against us and each other, have to play at least eight matches between them against sides we are competing with for a playoff position. That''s why Norwich fans will hope we can do all we can to help ourselves and depend upon Newcastle and Brighton to do a job on those we are competing with for the playoffs.
 11.
Jacob should have taken it.
"Should have?"....it''s "should of"....where do you think you''re living....Oxford? [:D]
 12.

'' Shinpadgate '' may have made the headlines but more importantly ''twas the day Tangie''s umbrella was forgotten by it''s heartless owner. Not that it was ever mentioned on here...[;)]

Thanks for the explanation Mr. Tilson. When I first saw the picture I feared The Butler was back.
 13. Well, at least one positive coming out of the thread is that Lakey is FINALLY acknowledging Chris Hughton may fail. [:D]
 14. Okay....it''s crunch time and down to the last 10 minutes or so .....we need something inspirational from those red-shirted Krauts.
 15.
Slightly OT but been a lot of goals in the Prem today, Big Sam 4-0 down to Sunderland!
I live for the moment when we collectively STOP referring to him as "Big Sam" but rather "Fatty Allardyce."
 16. I know it''s often said ( and often not true ) but I really feel this match is pivotal. Lose it, and I feel there;s too much to do to make the playoffs. Sheffield Wednesday have 10 of their remaining 17 games at home with a good home record. This gets them, in my view at least to a points total of the mid 70''s. If we lose today, given my assumption on the Owls, it would leave us requiring 33 points or so during the last 17 matches just to catch them...not impossible but a tough ask. Therefore, if what has bothered the players this season to date has been remedied and we see full out effort, I expect our boys to bring the points home today. Let''s hope that''s the case.
 17.
Re: How often do you visit this site ? That''s Darren White in Blackpool . Old friend who was addicted to paying for private dances in seedy clubs. Ringer for Shane Warne now and works at Leicester market . Is he sitting down or is he very short?
To my eyes it definitely looks like Mickey Rooney and Tiny Tim with a wig.
 18.

The is my first visit, for over an hour !
Stick around Lessingham, I have a feeling the OP has an important point to make.
The OP may have have been knocked out already but, if not, history suggests you will take it on points. [:D]
 19. Looks like you are halfway there Chelle with some real nail biters. Good luck the rest of the way.
 20.
It looks like Spurs have their focus elsewhere.
Thankfully, not.
