1.
Apparently gone to see a dentist to help get to the root of his injury problem? What has a Calf injury got to do with somebody’s teeth? Can somebody explain please?
Perhaps he''s got "baby" foot and mouth disease....or possibly living with a cow. I know this is an offal attempt at an explanation but perhaps someone else has a better idea.
 2. All the different faces of City 1st.....just by copying image and there are all his faces. Unfortunately, it doesn''t help you with all of his different names.
 3.

I should have played safer and gone with more foreign matches, I was worried about the Charlton and Luton games as the English leagues tend to be more competitive. Oh well, there''s always next week!
Yes, my instincts the previous week were to stick with foreign matches, but I gave in to the odds on the Aberdeen match.  Maybe the disparity between top and bottom in european leagues is greater and results easier to pick?
Not sure to be honest Lakey. In recent weeks we''ve seen France go down at 1/100 and Real Madrid at 1/20. This week''s other banana skins picked included Feyenoord at 1/5, PSG at 1/4 and Lyon at 1/3. If we''d had any of them instead of Charlton the result would have been the same. We have to have the luck to avoid the banana skins that occur each week. Over the last few weeks that hasn''t happened. When we win we get that luck and the win will be for all.
Absolutely right Nutty.
 4. A comment I liked from the match report...."A physical but fair Norwich dominated midfield and at times in the latter stages proceedings resembled a training game."That could be due to players just becoming a lot more comfortable with what the manager expects of them and taking the training to match days. Let''s hope so.
 5.

Thanks for all your picks, I''m going to go with the safe bets to hopefully get something back. Let''s hope they come in. Monaco v Strasbourg          - home win (my choice for this week)Borussia Dortmund v Koln - home winNapoli v Benevento             - home winAIK v Halmstad                   - home win Linfield v Ballinamallard     - home winAberdeen v Kilmarnock       - home winGood luck everyone!
Great set of selections thanks Lakey. They look nailed on to me. If we avoid cruel luck we should be banking another win on Sunday. I placed them with Bill Hill where the potential return is £32.73. Here are the details : - Aberdeen -          - 1/3 -          - 15:00 Sat   Linfield -            1/9 - 15:00 Sat   Monaco -            2/9   16:00 Sat   Swansea - 27/20   16:00 Sun   AEK - 1/8   16:15 Sun   Napoli - 4/11   19:45 Sun   So we have an even split with three tomorrow and three on Sunday. Good luck Lakey and all you PUPs. OTBC[:)]
A little slip on your part there Nutty. You may have placed the bet correctly but inadvertently slipped the wrong team in on the post.

Yankee should report you to the Race Relations Board calling me White and Fat worst part though I don''t own an umbrella PS Did I meet you in Sacramento when City played a friendly against a Mexican side there
Please don''t report me....I was only asking a question. No, I don''t think we met in Sacramento although I have frequented Old Sacramento many times over the years. In any event, my time there was terminated when Arnold took up residence.

 11.

Update. As from about 15mins ago Leistner tweeted a reply from a fan who said he''d tweet him every day until he joins us. Leistner replied with 2 emojis being, a praying hands symbol followed by a wink face. It''s looking more likely. Wouldn''t be surprised if he joins us whilst we''re in Germany very soon.
That would save us paying for his fare over, and we could probably fit him in the coach coming back.
He could probably easily get on the coach with one high step.
