1. Always have rated Vaughan he''s lookinh very promising this pre-season. If he can carry this into the league and keep fit I think we may have a deadly partnership in Holt and Vaughan.
 2. Once a C**T always a C**T Everybody gives this clown Wiz far to much attention. Ignore his pointless posts and he will soon get the message when no one''s paying him the attention that he clearly craves.
 3. Guys and Girls, Please feel free to join, last year we had over 100 teams in the league. I hope we can get even more people involved this year. And now with the added bonus that Norwich are in the Premier league! League code - 263278-78037 http://fantasy.premierleague.com/ Now start picking your teams ;)
 4.
It''s clearly a wind-up...made me laugh anyway.
Is there any point in winding up Brighton fan''s if the boot was on the other foot... most on this forum any way would be throwing their toys out of the pram! Plus he hasn''t even signed for us yet, aren''t certain fans getting a bit ahead of themselves.
 5. http://www.northstandchat.com/showthread.php?193347-Thank-you-Brighton Some fans seem to think we''re above the rest, this guy is clearly a d**k
 6.
Couldn''t see a thread yet...so... 2-0 win , with a Barnett header and a much needed Holt goal
I''ve got a couple of quid on Norwich winning 2-nil with Barnett scoring anytime @ 55/1 not bad at all I say... Now its time to cross my fingers and toes and hope this actually happens :)
 7.

Oh well we lost a game we should have won, bring on Leicester on Tuesday! No point dwelling on missed chances, most on this board will love this result so they can banter about how crap we are, how lambert got it all wrong etc etc We''re bound to lose some games this season, however were still up their apart from QPR the league is wide open.....
If we went up this season, we would need a whole new squad!
If we went up we could clear our debt :)
Clear the debt and be the whipping boys. We would need to buy at least 15 new players
Just a typical miserable poster!

 10.
You will have a great day - two fabulous pubs just down the road - with the ground on your right, just walk down the hill - both welcoming to away fans (with parking) or there is a park right opposite the ground with cheap council type parking. If you have extra time to kill (or it''s very wet) try and see the Museum of Football (right next to the ground itself). Fantastic and you could spend a couple of hours in there alone. Also a decent cafe just outside the ground. Perfect away day, got everything, and hopefully 3 points for us. Enjoy your day.
The Museum of Football is now closed as moving to Manchester, however the pubs are still here :)
 11. Hi I live a minutes walk from the Deepdale, there''s plenty of street parking and the school across the road from Deepdale do match day parking :)
 12. I also live very close to Deepdale, just off Moor Park in Preston. I have to say the average attendance at PNE is around 10,000 and when your ground holds 20,000 plus incentives are made to draw in the crowds. I have my tickets and at a fiver its a bonus but as a city fan I would of been prepared to pay standard prices. However it is nice to see a club like PNE showing generosity to both home and away fans alike.
 13. Ruddy, is looking a great keeper! I think most on this forum jumped to conclusions before he had a chance to start to settle in. I think he will go from strength to strength as the season unfolds.
 14.
Radical changes will clearly be needed, and Lambert''s ability surely has to be called into question. I see this now. Action is best taken when it is knee jerk.
Some posters on this forum, are just plain dumb. 1 game in and Lambert is being questioned. Get a grip, he''s the best manager we had in years. The season has a long way to go, we have made some big changes to the squad. These players need time to settle, last week nearly all the promotion favourites lost. City fans at time are so f**king fickle!
 15. Now why would you even consider wearing an ipswich shirt to start with?
 16. I have a prem league, league set up if any one wants to join. 35 teams so far, I had 40 last year and hope to beat that this year. It''s free and a bit of fun :) http://fantasy.premierleague.com League code: 215083-59178
 17. Darren Ferguson -PNE#s squad is sh*t and he hasn''t got a clue
 18. Play offs at a push, I have no doubts that we will finish top 6. The championship is going to be the most open season in years! With Lambert at the helm I think we will go from strength to strength. Lets have faith people... :)
 19. Forster,Green,Jackon and a target man would do for a solid championship team. I think we will see Zak and Ward as our defensive partnership next seaon with Smith on left and Martin on the right. Our squad is looking better than its done for some time, wouldn''t mind seeing Lappin go tho think he will surplus to requirements sooner rather than later!
 20.

a solid keeper, hopefully forster will be returning for another sucessful city campaign and a target man as cover for Holt. Never did I think we would have signed 5 players this early on.. I think we will soon see some players leave, OTJ and Gill I reckon and Cody and Johnson will all be sold or loaned.
Agree with everything you say apart from Oli Johnson, Lambert brought him in for a reason & I think he''ll be backup/substitute this season. He''s got 15-20 minutes of something different to offer.
Unless Lambert is sucessful in bringing Simeon Jackson into the fold with an improved offer. Then I can''t see Johnson being required at this time.
 21. why would Forster want to play for the dingles at turd moor, when he''s loved at city and we have Paul Lambert :)

 23. Surman is a class signing, what a suprise! Lappin I think will now move on, with our midfield options next season we are looking good. Just need to rusty to sign his contract extension.
 24. I will go with the 11 lambert picks ;)
