1. Any particular reason why? Lack of explanation fails you...
2. I''m sensing a little frustration here. OTBC :D
3. That''s the way I saw it. As soon as the sending off happened and Alex came down, they reorganised. A new shape was formed, mostly counter attacking, and it worked. Credit.
4. Hello and welcome to the past. Check posting times.
5. Still no reply from the faithful. Does anyone have an opinion on todays tactics?

7. Forgive me for quoting my original question, but from what I''ve heard, this question hasn''t been answered (well at least attempted to be answered!!)!
8. ...however, was this Phelen''s tactics or Alex Neils? Just a question I''m throwing out there. And before the trolls shout out, I''m fully behind Alex Neil :)
9. He''s sitting in the crowd again tonight. Seen a photo on FB. Looks a dead cert now.
10. What a load of old rubbish. If we''ve been rejected, then fair enough. At least the board went out to offer the job to people who apparantly are too "big" for us. Neil Adams may have been 3rd/4th/1000th in line for the job, but he sure as hell hasn''t rejected us like these so called wannabee other managers. The guy is Norwich through and through. For God''s sake, give the guy a break and just give him a freaking chance.
11. Redmond needs to work on his final ball. It''s probably been said many many times before, but it''s this that lets him down. Can''t fault his work rate however. To me he looks frustrated, and to be honest, who can blame him. He''s playing in a team which has been defensively minded all season. If the worst happens and we are relegated, I''m positive he will be a gem for us in the Championship. We just have to hope, if we go down, we can keep hold of him. He''s one of those players at the current moment in time, is to good for the Championship but doesn''t cut it at PL level.
12. If you don''t celebrate when you score that sets alarm bells ringing. IMO he should be dropped and playing with the boys. Scoring for NCFC should be a privilege, and if you don''t celebrate that then get out of our club.
13. B Johnson isn''t the worst mid in the prem. wake up. However, since going 1-0 up we''ve sat back and looked nervous. The manager should be drilling into them to press, make hard tackles, put them under pressure. Sadly that didn''t happen and we will go on to lose this match. We''ve got we''ve deserved. It kills me to say it, but well played villa
14.
Fickle.
We''ll done Mr Holmes for pointing out the obvious. I''m happy to admit I wanted Hughton out but after today, we simply have to get behind him. If anyone after today has anything against Hughton and his tactics, then your are a fool. And trust me, I was 100% behind Hughtons sacking. He has proved, without question, his players are behind him. And as long as they are, I am. Come the end of the season I accept we have to reflect on who is in charge of our club, but for now, I am undeniably switched, and I will back Hughton. OTBC.
15. I agree. Got a long way to get me on his side, but I''m not scared afraid to admit when I''m wrong. He played the right team at the right time. We''ll done Hughton (and I admit that''s hard to say)
16. I tell you what. I''m the first to admit that I was so quick to criticize hughton when he and his team were doing so bad. Not going to shy away from that. But fair play. The tactics were spot on. Tettey and Johnson were a rock. And as nervous as I was, the boys came through despite heavy pressure. RvW hassled superbly and that led to the first goal. He has class and I fully believe in him. The finish from Snodgrass was sublime and he deserves all the credit after a a few weeks of substandard performances. Spurs may have had more possession however that means nothing after a great 3 points. They looked blunt up front and quite frankly very defendable. They created nothing to raises the heart rate. After watching the post match interviews, plus the pre-match interview with Bassong, I now accept that that the players are still 100% behind the manager. Fair play. In conclusion, I''ve been very critical of the manager, the players, but fair play to them, they''ve proved me wrong. One last word for Wessi, he came on and worked. That''s all we asked for. Fair enough you wanted to leave - can''t argue with that, but to show the commitment and desire to win the ball is all we ask for. We deserved winning that game. Bring on the villa. OTBC.

19. What a complete and utter shower of sh*t. It''s Liverpool, I get it. They''re doing really well this season and all that f**king bo*locks. Doing so well they lost 3-1 to Hull at the weekend. Surely, surely, you''d at the very least, play your one f*cking striker who actually looks reasonably dangerous, Hooper. But no, he''s just scored at the weekend so I think the best thing to do is drop the f*cker. Tactics at its f*cking best. Good f*cking grief. I tell you what, if I was in the dressing room at half time, you''d have to call the f*cking army, as I''d f*cking rip into ever single f*cker on that pitch, the touch line and then the board that thought that was a performance to be proud of. Your a nice a guy Hughton, I get it. But FMFL get the s*it out of Carrow Road.
20.
I would advise against it. It''s a personal message that is not for publication. As duty moderator, I will delete it.
Apologies Pat, I just thought it would make interesting reading  [:)]
21.
Agreed, I love Dion but the last thing we need us yet another unexperianced manager to try pick up the pices, I hope Grant can make a decision ASAP because that way the bored will have time to find a suitable replacement during the international break.
Agreed 100%.   We''ve tried the inexperienced but passionate manager, now is time for a little experience and a cool head. I personally would like to see Paul Jewell, but his success was contributed by an excellent board behind him. Read into that what you will.   Respect to Peter Grant for saying what he did on the radio last night, must have took some bottle. Its now very important for him to make up his mind, either knuckle down and stick at it, or leave asap to allow the board to get someone else in, while we have a mini break.
