We need the board and manager situation sorted sooner rather than later, we are always caught dragging our heels when it comes to transfers for starters......we cant afford the usual end of July transfer dealings and excuses. Considering we dont have many contracted players and some who will leave if we want to get a half decent start to next season the squad will need to be in place before the pre-season begins-with the majority being our own players. Hopefully the board realise this-although past years dont fill me with confidence. I dont want to be hearing "we will go with what we have got"!!!

What is your message to the Norwich City board?
hurricane replied to Pete Raven's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
If we are to change manager then make it happen sooner rather than later. We cannot afford for an appointment to drag on through the summer as rebuilding the team needs to happen as soon as possible. I dont want to hear the usual "nobody does any business in June/July". -
Neil Doncaster on Radio Norfolk.....

No admitting to a mistake......thats something the board will discuss on wednesday......then not act until August. -
He says even though we have a bigger ground and more fans turning up each week than most of the league we still dont break even and thats why we cant compete with anyone else, and the smaller clubs who have much more wealthy owners ploughing millions into their clubs??!!

If we get the usual articles in the papers form the players saying they are sorry for the performance and how they vow to put it right next season I wont know if i should laugh or cry! Then again most of the players on the pitch wont be here next year anyhow. -

I cannot honestly believe that we are 3-0 down against the bottom of the league club-how motivated are our players? Why are they not?? -
From going to matches, listening to the radio and reading the newspapers and message boards I am still not sure where the majority of opinions are with regards to the current plight we find ourselves in...... for instance you read articles about how the board should go, read how there will be protests if we lost to reading on here and other message boards then hear on the radio that there were only around 20-30 outside the ground chanting for the board to go most of whom were 15-16 year olds. Then there are the away fans who id class as hardcore support applauding the board at portman road after loosing?!! I get that not everyone will have the same opinion but it just seems that there dosnt seem to be a clear movement one way or another!! Are the majority now happy clappy fans who turn up whatever for a jolly good day out? if so what happened to the 12-14 thousand from the 1990''s who managed to remove the chase era??

surely we can slip the ref an all you can eat dinner voucher for delias to sway the decisions!!!

Its games like the one coming up on monday and possibly next sunday that make you realise why you support a team! Nervous....you bet, but then football is supposed to be a roller coaster ride! -

"Go with what we have got" Love this line........usually gets rolled out around a week before the start of a new season..... I almost like it as much as the usual "nobody does any transfer business in July" -

dont think mooney can play against reading!?? so could be a start for cody mac! -
i hope they do put in a performance, but im not feeling confident at all. Im sure the "fans" will be there to chant and applaud the "battling" players who have given their all this season as well as the board who could also do a lap, we might even see delia come on at half time to really fire the crowd with a "lets be havin you" type rant! It is on sky tv after all so would be some free publicity!!
-
I think it wont even be an issue.....even if by some miracle cov turn it around...do you honestly think the players will turn in a performance against reading....and charlton???? Two wins in a row?? They couldnt even put in a full shift in the biggest match of the season on sunday!!! Get ready for the "on loan to divison one" banners at the charlton match (or maybe even the reading one)........how long we will be "loaned" to division 1 is another issue.....if when we were relegated from the prem in the 90s is anything to go by we could be looking at a very long time.

Or are you.......macho man randy savage, or maybe one of the bush wackers!????
