This always comes up pre-season, i always notice fans on club forums saying the same thing... "oh so and so are in for him too, they''ll get him, they''re a bigger club". For example, Wigan, are they a bigger club than us? They''re in the Premier League, but we get higher attendances, we have more potential, they have more cash... how is this measured?

Good call! When he plays, we tend to play more direct too, bypassing the midfield. I love Earnie, he''s an excellent player, but i''d rather we sold him now and used the money to tighten defensively... thus giving a few of the fringe strikers like Martin an opportunity to "prove his talent". I really think Earnie''s leaving! Hence the need for a striker right now.Thanks for the memories Earnie, i''m glad we were able to re-ignite his career. Maybe one or two other wobbling high profile players will look at Earnie and think "hmmm... could be a good move for me"

I attended college at Yeovil a few years back when Norwich were in the top flight (Sutton / Fleck era) and Yeovil were a conference side in financial trouble, Yeovil were the local club to support for me. Let me tell you, it''s a weird feeling knowing that I could be going to Huish Park next season to watch Yeovil v Norwich in a competitive league match next season.

Even if Safri stays next season... and he probably wont... i don''t think we''ll get more than 15 games out of him, we need a consistant performer to build around, and right now... we''re not exactly blessed in that department. Wholesale changes required in defence and midfield... and hope that they gel early on... we need to get people in asap... not a week before the start of new season.

My honest opinion is that it has rather too much content squeezed into a small area. It''s a little daunting when you first load up. I generally only visit for forums and latest news, and its these two features that should be highlighted large and proud. I don''t mind advertising, provided it''s tied in with the theme of the website. ie... a sports store, on a Norwich site. I really get annoyed with random ads. I don''t wanna log onto my favourite Norwich fansite and be told about American Poker, or getting the best price for my home.
