1. Harry Redknapp will buy out and take over at Bournemouth when his Spurs days come to an end.
 2. Not impressed with Hughton as manager.... too chummy and lacking in authority. For me we will go down next season and sit in Division Two for a good many years. With the money gained lately I don''t think even Delia Smith could take us down to Division Three again.
 3. Second season syndrome Hog.... plus a lack of ''survival'' experience throughout the team.Add to this the loss of talisman Holt and no ongoing ''winning mentality'' it makes it look like a long struggle ahead.I hope I''m wrong on this... but I haven''t ever been so far.
 4. Both of my neighbours watch the football on telly as well so they won''t mind a bit of atmosphere......
 5. I don''t think there''s much here that he would want going forward. We''re a relegated team next season and I''m pretty sure Lambert knew that before he left.
 6.

Irrelant........
I still like the black shorts with the two yellow stripes up the side as worn in the 50''s and 60''s.They looked very smart IMO.
I''d like to a return to the black shorts but history seems to have forgotten we once wore them.
 7.
I feel for Cardiff City FC because they were in a position where they have been held to a ridiculous ransom demand!   Don''t knock messrs Smith, Jones and Foulger again please!
Lest we forget... she had City ponced up in yellow shorts not so long back. The will was there.
 8. Looked like he''d had a ''Bigger Club'' make over before he sat in front of the cameras.....I didn''t think I would turn on him after all he had achieved at City..... but it would be nice to see him crash and burn at Villa.
 9. Somewhat harsh as he is probably only allaying the fears of concerned Cardiff supporters........
 10. Sun''s out now.... looks like I''m going to get the mowing done after all. [Y]
 11. Hard to believe he''s 32 now.
 12. Terry Butcher anyone? He seems to be doing a decent job up there in Jockland and may even have picked up a Scottish accent to help things along.
 13. Its raining again and I''d hoped I could cut the grass today...........
 14.
Interesting mention of Rio for the olympics, wouldn''t mind that actually!
Maybe I''ll take some interest in the Olympic football then because as sure as hell I can''t find any enthusiasm for the Euros.Hodgson will crash and burn like McLaren... a like minded FA arse lick.
 15. Looks like the gang have picked up a leech when wading through the swamp of irrelevance.......Well said Bly.... and nobody takes any notice of him or his lamentable sidekicks these days either. [:)]
 16.

Soooooooooo..... take away the lucky strike with Lambert and Grant Holt''s goals, what exactly has he done?Answers on a postcard.
Which is funny, because leading up to now you''ve been more than happy to heap praise on McNally for being a genius and street ahead from the mean bad nasty Delia who''s playing with toys and keeping them to herself (or whatever similar analogy it is you, rather repetitively use...).Untouchable? No Way. But he''s leagues ahead of Doncaster.
Up till now we''ve not had much to judge him on.... so here''s his opportunity. It looks to me like he''s been caught with his pants down over Lambert and completely misread the importance of Grant Holt to the dressing room short term.It remains to be seen just who holds sway at the club but I''d put my money on DS and MWJ slamming down the lid of the money box.
Feathering the nest for that one last egg, so to speak I''m prepared to give McNally the benefit of the doubt for the time being.
Agreed... but we shouldn''t allow McNally to become yet another City untouchable.
 17.

Cluck you started this thread to make the point that had Robert Chase been in charge of the club the fans would be blaming him for the departure of Paul Lambert, and you back it up by pointing out the successes on the pitch under his stewardship, successes that cannot be denied, however you totally ignore how things ended up ander Chase and for some reason blame the fans for his mistakes. There is no doubt in my mind that at a pivotal point in the history of Norwich FC, Robert Chase got it wrong. Your post assumes that the NCFC board/Delia is responsible for the departure of Paul Lambert, at the moment I see it as a young, talented manager taking the next step in his journey to becoming the manager of a top English/European team, unless evidence (rather than rumour and speculation) to the contrary emerges....
But wasn''t O''Neill a young and talented manager taking the next step on a journey? To blame Chase for City not signing Windass is a convenient hook to hang everything on, when infact maybe O''Neill just saw a better chance to improve himself and used Chase as an excuse to cover his own tracks.Something isn''t right about all this and we shouldn''t let a PR smokescreen cover it up.
Unfortunate typo there......

 19.

I think he could see that he was going nowhere at City when the monetary barriers to progress went up.I don''t like the way he went about it.... but the limitations of NCFC under the present ownership means we''ll never find a long term manager worth his salt, nor hang on to any genuine quality players. That''s the difficulty of being a ''small club''.
Yes being a smaller sized club does have its limitations in the Premier League but Lambert was well aware of that when he came here.A bit like your hero "Big Bob", who couldn''t find the 700k when MON wanted to sign Dean Windass. A history changing decision in my estimation.Let me know when a Billionaire turns up to fund us. Until then we have the choice of living within our means or going bust.
This Windass is a red herring and a convenient excuse to hang Robert Chase out to dry. O''Neill was moody and petulant and would have walked out at the drop of any other hat anyway. There is no proof that Windass would have made his mark at CR.... but then when you''re inventing a good story you have to create a villain don''t you?

 21. I suspect the opposite. We''ve had a winning mentality at the club prior to the latter part of last season and it was this momentum under Lambert which was responsible. I think his absence will be missed in the dressing room (as will Holt''s) and any new manager will have a massive job lifting them. Not impossible of course.... but difficult.

 23.

Runningsore can feel safe now that the tricycle gang have duly assembled......Everyone ring their bell to let him know he can come out now.
Just because a group of people share similar ideas, doesn''t make them a gang, or wrong.I''m sure plenty on here are perfectly capable of coming to their own conclusion about your incessant trolling and posting of deliberately polar opposite views just to stir up arguments.Your routine of :-1. Post contaversial view.2. Pick argument.3. Cry "Oh noez, forum gangs"4. Deliberately suck up to certain other idiots to garner "support"5. Slink off once you realise everyone thinks you''re an idiot.is wearing quite thin now.
If your interpretation of what ''trolling'' is, is the injection of humour, valid opinion, individualism and controversy into any given debate, then thank f*ck for trolls! This place would be defunct if it were to left to people all of the same mindset - would you be happy if nobody differed in their views and opinions?
Some people are better at it than others, you deliberately wind folks up, but on the whole also have valid, well thought out opinions. Cluck lives in a strange fantasy world where he has decided there is a nasty gang of bullies here, and its his job to bully them in turn. Once in a blue moon he''ll post something sensible, but on the whole its just silly name calling and idiocy.
You bully me Morty? Don''t make me laugh.......Last time I checked we live in a democracy and while others may not agree with my angle, any amount of effort by you and your bum chums to control  my opinion is a waste of electricity...... your electricity.Besides which... exactly how old were you when the Robert Chase saga kicked off? 15 or 16?... so you were probably still struggling to spell your name at that stage let alone understand the facts of the matter. Couple that with your half brained side kicks and I wouldn''t think you''d amount to an idiot all put together.Save the tough guy crap for the new posters you chase off while busily protecting your little domain. It''s wasted on me I can assure you.
I''m not the one calling people names here, am I? "Half brained side kicks", "bum chums", this just reinforces the fact that you''re not here to discuss football. You fill your boots mate, but bit of advice, the act is getting old, and very cringeworthy[Y]
Dear oh dear. Hypocrisy in full flight. How you''ve been allowed to continue calling all and sundry childish names on here such as ''bellend'' etc. I''ll never know. Luckily I don''t do ''angry'' so I''ll leave you to get on with it..... as usual.
 24. What has McNally done that any other decent businessman couldn''t have done given the good fortune and income over the past three years? Did he scout and search out the new signings? Did he manage and coach the team? Did he find a new investor to pump in funds? Did he increase attendance figures? It''s his job FFS.Looks like we''ve got another untouchable at the club besides Delia now......
