I''ve never been a massive fan of Owen, but yeah, he scores goals and lots of them. The thing with Chadwick is he is injured ALL the time, and has been like it his entire career. Which is sad really, because it''s not allowed him to fill his potential.

We messed up here, plain and simple. The reason Lewis was our 3rd choice keeper and had a low value was because he was never given a chance. How many loan keepers did we have the season befroe last? If only Grant had given Joe a game, we would have all seen how good he really is. Look at Wolves, they gave a young guy a chance and he grabbed it with both hands. I would wager Joe is as good as Marshall now, and will almost certainly go on to have a bigger and better career. As many said at the time, big mistake, and alreayd we''re being laughed at.

One of the best posts I''ve seen on here in a while ''Ackney, absolutely agree. You make some really valid points here and a lot of our fans should be embarrassed by the way they treated Worthy.

Everyone is entitled to holiday from their employers, and in the case of footballers they only get a small window in which to do so. The football season is long, hard slog for players and staff alike, whatever us mere mortals may think. Anyway, if he is away, I''m sure he has got himself one of those great inventions, a mobile phone, and probably has a network of people here working on transfer deals.
