1. Jarvis should be released from the club to pursue his career at a lower level where is lack of pace and strength won''t hamper him so much
2.

Not enough attacking threat. No away goals again. Good piont I guess but sould be beating teams like Derby. Get us some power up front.
An away point at teams like Derby isn''t bad!
If you saw the game today you wouldn''t be saying that! We should have won easily in the second half we dominated and only due to Earnie firing blanks did we not win. Should have brought Mckensie today, we would have won if he had played. Derby aren''t that good really, relegation material if you ask me if they keep playing like that and we should have all three points today.
If we should have won easily then that makes it worse cos thats points droped so I say even more reason to get somebody else to stick it away

4. How about Thorn in my side (Eurythmics) For Peter Thorne Also works for Hughes and Robinson
5. In essence I agree with you but in truth I doubt that we could all stand to give it the entire 46 games unless we are seeing success. I want as much as the next fan to believe we are going to turn Carrow Road back in to a fortress. I also don''t expect us to win week in week out away. What we need is to give it some time. Lets see where we are after the first 13 games. If we have won an away game and had a draw or 2 followed up by regular success at home then I''m sure we would all want to give it a good while longer before any rash decisions are made. However although I do remember the 2003/2004 season I remember the last 2 too and that is what we could not tolerate for another 46 games I''m sure. I am hoping for a good result at Derby where we play well and get points even if it''s draw then we are going forward. The club is bigger than any one fan but I also believe that every fan who pays his money has his right to have his views respected. Come on Norwich put this discontent to bed get us the results. That is the only thing that matters and the only thing that will please all fans.
6. It would be unlikely we''d lose 7 on the bounce then get fifteen goals in three games but I get what your saying. If however you don''t feel giving it a set number of games before we call for action then surely a knee jerk reaction is more likely. Say we get stuffed 6 nil on Saturday followed by a 1 nil home loss next week then were going to here the boo’s and no mistaking. Ok unlikely but possible or something like that. Now I’m up for a change at the top and I''d take it now. However that is not for everyone. I was trying to find out what we would all find acceptable and what we would all find intolerable. After all your going to get some people who don''t want change no matter how bad we play and some who would want it even if we win the next 20 on the spin. I was looking for some calmness among fans which might just help get us the results at home. Where it was clear from where I was sitting that when we were 2 nil down against Luton there was a underling discontent bubbling up among many that may well have raised its head more prominently had we not had our come back which some will say had a slice of fortune to it. There is no real answer to what has become almost a battle of wills between some fans. Some on here who have been very vocal in the condemnation of the management have changed their stance almost over night on the back of just 2 home wins. I don’t wish to antagonize them but similarly I find that a knee jerk reaction. I have seen 2 wins. 1 good 1 amazingly exciting for 30mins but not convincing, that for me is not enough for me to change my personal view of the managements tactics and running of our team. I would however say that it would be impossible to call for the managers head whilst winning so I will take an over view after 10 games which if we have won 5 or 6 will be encouraging if we have not I would say that we are as good or bad as we were last year. If that was the case why would anybody want it to stay the same.
7. He struggled to get in the side. I saw him play ever home game for us and it best I say he''s a good back up player. I did not see a player who could be described as a touch of class
8. What you mean is do what you say. I have no interest in holding any form of protest whether we are 6th 10th or bottom of the league. I am however interested in watch good football played by good footballers. When I see that regularly I will be happy until then I won''t. If your happy with everything fine. I won''t be call for fans to demonstrate but I would be calling for the board to follow up there intentions to gain promotion. They will be the one''s who decide whether we have the same manager by the end of the season or not. The board and manager have stated that anything other than a real good attempt at promotion would be unacceptable. I would therefore say that 13 games in to the season we will have a good idea as to whether that is achievable with this bunch of players aad this manager. If it is then great everybody’s happy if it’s not then as I said some will be more disenchanted than others. As for suffering Chase. Chairmen are a hell of a lot harder to replace than managers. I ask you a fair question do you not set any targets for us to achieve this season? I also ask this with all respect what would be unacceptable to you?
9. Svensson a touch of class thats a bit strong
10. I was there we were bloody good in them days
11. We are never all going to agree on how our club should be run. Not everybody is as disillusioned as some and some are more satisfied than others if that makes sense. I say lets all agree to disagree and give it another 10 games. That will take us to the end of the home game against Cardiff by which time we will all have a much better idea of whether we have turned a corner or whether we have just had a couple of good home wins and are still lightweight. I would feel that a position of 6th or above by then would be expectable and leave us poised to make an attack on promotion. A position much below this would be uninspiring at best and would be surely time for the pressure to return to the manger and his position at the club. Anyway to my second point I''m hoping and preying that the management and board will realize that we might not be too far away from having a half decent side again. I hope for at lest a couple of new faces to really give the team a boost and take us on after our 2 good results. I would be disappointed with us spending too much if any money on a keeper as I feel we should be able to pick up an old timer as back up for nothing or even on loan. I would say that that much talked about target man should be our main aim. With another dimension up front I feel we would have a top attacking line up for this league. A goal scoring midfielder wouldn''t go a miss either. I have been disappointed about our performances over the last 2 seasons and I’m still very doubtful if tactical we have the best man at the helm but with a ten game 10 reprieve I would hope that the manger proves me wrong. Here’s hoping . OTBC.
12. Well what the bloody hell did I just say. I have never once attacked a player in the form of booing at a match. I''ve travelled the length and berth of this county and been to Munich and Milan supporting this club and I’ve gritted my teeth till they shatter over the years. I stated how happy I was with the results we have just had and also encouraged all not to vent their frustration on the players directly. I do however reserve the right to say what I feel about the prospects of my club the player base and where I see us going. You tell me you stuck by the club big deal son shine I''ve been there for 21 years what do you want a medal. You fans that waited to see last season are you happy with what you saw cos I bloody wasn''t. You''ve been there before. well that make''s it all the better then after all the less intelligent like routine don''t they. I called institutionalisation I think.
13. We get a couple of home wins against 2 average sides and were world beaters and everybody’s a Brazilian in the team. Granted I was impressed with the win against Preston but after all we were the home side and they aren''t Inter. As for the Luton game I wasn''t impressed. For me it was one of those freak games where Mistakes and good fortune got us a win. For 2 3rd’s of that match we were out played. Now I’m as happy as the next guy that we are winning our home games but I have enough knowledge and experience of supporting Norwich not go get carried away. We won''t win the league playing like we did against Luton I can tell you that for a fact. As for eating humble pie, I would only consider sitting down to a portion if we get promotion, that’s the clubs aim and that therefore will be the bench mark for my eating humble pie. As for Carl Robinson he plays one good pass to Croft and suddenly he a Cruyff and Hoddle hybrid. Well if we have to suffer the dozens of misplaced passes he does every game just to get one of them every 6 months I’ll give it a miss thanks. Let’s not boo players and constantly criticize the team but let keep it real here folks. I have seen, like most 2 home games this term, we have had good results but after all we were at home side and I would expect us to get results on our own patch. If we are turning the corner out of this dreadful rot we’ve been in that is good but I will need much more evidence than I have witness so far before I would start getting to carried away. The game against Derby will be a telling insight in to whether we have gained the resolve a bite that we so badly lacked on our travels last year. I very much doubt it’s going to be all plain sailing there though or throughout the rest of our away days this term. My honest feeling is we lack woefully in back up and injury will be our undoing. I also feel I need to see consistency form players like Etuhu before I say we have a midfield capable of competing with the big guns in our league. Hope by the end of the season I’m stuffing my face with humble pie and if I am I’ll be glad to do it. Will the everythings great at our club brigade be doing the same if were still dragging our heels in this league next season or with the find another false dawn get carried away about. OTBC and keep in real. Bring on the backlash I can take it.
14. I agree with everything you say. I don''t feel Green is that good but your right far to many people getting carried away with a couple of home wins on here
15.
HH44. Who cares what the club say?? It''s who they actually bring in that matters, not keeping the likes of you and your "the club have let us all down" brigade happy for a few more days.
I don''t feel the club has let me down. Far from it. After 21 years of going week in week my expectation are low at best. I however have the gumption to question the club, it''s own ambition and it commitment to follow up the statements it issues. I love my football and for my sins I support Norwich. Why cos that where I come from. I don''t think the club owes me anything but summarily after 21 years of renewing my season ticket I don''t owe them jack either. If you think that you club give two shiny S**ts about you me or any other fan on here then your living in cloud cuckoo land. What we are doing once again is selling, all I want to know is are we buying or not. That is not something I expect to get a personal phone call about it just something I would like to know. Who we bring isn''t up to you me or any other poor bugger who follows our team. If it was we''d have watched Chris Sutton play Saturday. I was told by the club we were getting 3 or 4 new players we got 1. We had 2 home wins and everything rosy according in all the rose coloured blinker wearing brigade. Well I’ve watched enough football over the year not to get to carried away by that. And if you think you glib comments about me being a member of the “club has let me down brigade” are in anyway going to change my opinion of our club how its run or what they really think of the fans you way off the mark. Football fan have no say in the running of their club. The only thing you have is your opinion. At lest mine are my own yours sound like it comes from Mr Worthington / Mr Doncaster but hey that fine. After all I’m not telling you what to think or say.
16. perhaps you would be unhappy if you were sitting on the bench while Robinson is out there doing naff all. I find it a sad situation when we have players and good players who are unhappy at the club. I feel again this is a weakness of Worthington not managing players and their ambitions. McVeigh has always be a scapegoat for Worthington dropped at the first sign of an indifferent performance. Whilst players like Robinson and last season Hughes turns out their rubbish week in week out.
17. What wishy washy lily livered world do you live in man. Language like that. Lets wait and see. Why buy anyone at all lets just plod along like we are. I owe the club nothing I have paid in my money to the club for years. I will have my own expectations and you have yours. Emotional blackmail don''t make me laugh.
18. Selling again and that’s fine by me as far as the player is concerned as he was over rated in my view. What I''m interested in, is hearing from the club in the form of Mr Doncaster and Mr Worthington as to what our intentions are in the transfer market before the deadline. The club has, due to some satisfactory results been able to get away with our lack of transfer action. However with money now coming back in to the club combined with the promise by the club of more transfers than we have had ,what are we looking to do. Striker Striker Striker. We should be making that our main aim. I would consider anything other that the purchase of a player with the green money to be another betrayal by the club to the fans. After all we have be told all closed season we are looking to add to the squad not sell. That would surely indicate that the green sale would be a tactical move to raise funds to bring in a more valuable asset . If that is not the case the I think we have a right to be told.
19. I''d drop any of them. He''s class in this league. Your getting too romantically worked up about our performances. Robinson would go in my book if we signed dot cotton
20. Robinson is the weak link poor at best. I think Mc Veigh would be better in his position if we stick to that formation.
21. We need to pick up a veteran from some where as cover for our man. can''t put kids in goal. Pick up someone for nowt that has come to the end of his contract simple as that.
