  3. well said Nigel, i don`t remember the scum buying many in their 1st season up and look how well they did.....by the way was it xtc that sang that song.
  4. As a rule i would be cheering on the under dog but not in this case, never liked Millwall and having Marshall in goal as well puts me on Man u`s side. what is the record for the most goals scored by one team in the final.....
  5. How many do you think Man.u will put past Marshall..... i`ll be laughing every time he picks the ball out of the net
  6. it makes me laugh looking back at these old posts.....if only we new then what was round the corner
  7. do`nt think we`ll be on the fa premier league official website until after the play off final,
  8. looking back on such a great season, the matches that stand out to me were scum away, coz to go top there was awesome, Watford away good game great party, but Derby at home comes out tops for me, going down to 10 men then a goal down, but to come back and win has to be my match of the season, what was your best result of the season.....
  9. well said wizard, and who did they replace him with... say no more.
  10. when he left us i seem to remember him saying that he hated his time here, so no thanks
  11. is it the last week in June the fixtures cum out...can`t wait...
  12. i`d also like 2 c them go up, its always a game i look forward 2, and not only do we get a great chance of 6 points, we also can`t finish bottem, sounds good 2 me
  13. i knew the next game was bradford, and they had 2 go 2 stoke, and just cos i did`nt know the other 2, u doubt my commitment, i`ve been green and yellow since 1972, seen the great times and the very, very bad times, so please don`t doubt me, and yes i`ll b at watford on sat 4 the party
  14. i`ll b at work with my ear 2 the radio, but plenty of beer 2 go home 2, what a party we`ll have at watford.....
  15. yes i`m worried about west brom beating us 2 top spot, so does anyone know their remaining games
  16. These people who have only started to go to games over the last few years when we`ve been doing better than we did for years, seem to think they are the only Norwich supporters who count, they say the`ve been to almost every away game this season, and there season ticket holders,...WHOOPY DOO...i`m so impressed.... I was at the cup final in 85, and god was that hard getting tickets living in Oxford, and as i say living in Oxford .. well it rather rules out being a season ticket holder, so i only go up about 4 times a season, and go to the away games in London and the Midlands, and yes i and my two sons have have been members since we dropped out of the prem. 1972 was the year i caught the yellow and green bug, SO AM I THE PART TIME SUPPORTER OR ARE YOU AND YES WE`ER ALL GOING TO WATFORD..WE`RE ALL GOING TO WATFORD ..NA NA NA NA..
  17. SORRY FORGOT TO SAY YES WE`VE GOT TICKETS AND WERE GOING TO WATFORD
  18. I caught the Norwich bug in 1972 when i was knee high 2 a grasshopper, so i have more yellow and green blood flowing through me than a fare number of you, i live in Oxford and have 2 Norwich mad sons, we have all been members since relegation, our 1st season in div 1. Living in Oxford we have found it a very expensive day out to get to home games, so we only go up about 3-4 times a season, but we always go to games in London and the Midlands. How many of u watched us when we were at a really low point, that was only about 3 - 4 seasons ago, i never had to wait on the end of the telephone, praying i would be lucky enough to get some tickets, in those days you had no trouble getting tickets, so it does rather make my blood boil when you people who have only been going to games over the few seasons, since we`ve been doing well, come on here and call me a casual supporter,YOUR THE BLOODY CASUAL SUPPORTERS who have jumped on the bandwagon since we`ve turned from a poor div 1 team into a team that looks like its going back where it belongs
  19. All three of our loan signings have done a great job for us,but how many points do you think we would have picked up in our last 5 games without them, I reckon Burnley 3, Gills 0, Stoke 1, Palace 3, and Reading 3. Ten points, not to bad, but what do you think.
  20. I only watched it on telly, but having gone to the previous 4 away games at Forest, i have got to say that is the best we have ever played there. The tactics worked, we had enough shots on and off target to have got at least a point and in my view it was never a penalty. That brings me to the blooper by Green, i don`t like knocking him because we all know he is a top keeper , i forgave him for the error at Derby, but last night it not only knocked the stuffing out of the team, that up to that point had worked their socks off, but it should never have happened , at every game every week a keeper looks all around him before putting the ball down, it was a very poor peice of goalkeeping, a very basic mistake . Right i`ve got that off my chest , apart from that and the soft penalty we gave a very good account of ourselves and if we can play like that at every away game then we may have a chance of a top 6 finish . I only hope the board will give Worthy the funds to strenghen what is now becomming a weakened squad with all these injuries, and is Roberts injured, they said after the the game he had pulled a hamstring i think thats what i heard but he did`nt seem to be in any pain when leaving the field.
