  1. How was the first fixture nearly 3 months ago already šŸ¤Æ
  2. Russ Martin also had a lot to say and ended being quite decisive within the club.
  3. I think thatā€™s an extremely petulant attitude to take.
  4. We need to win 7 of the last 10 including beating PNE and I think weā€™ll sneak in. If itā€™s more than that, we wonā€™t get it IMO anyway. So just focus on winning 7.
  5. We absolutely do not know this to be the case! Thatā€™s Webbers side of the story, and no more.
  6. Sainz was a huge loss and integral to our tactics. Potentially, any other player and we donā€™t crumble. We lost our pace going forward and became toothless. I think mentality is being thrown around in a lazy manner. I think the answer is not as complex as that.
  7. I think thereā€™s a lot of over reaction here. Last night doesnā€™t tarnish Howsonā€™s Norwich career, itā€™s pushing the boundaries of gamesmanship sure.. but any footballer given the opportunity in that circumstance more than likely does the same. Only Sainz knows.. but Iā€™m convinced the initial thought and intent to do something to Howson was there, as evident by him extending his leg. The fact nothing really happened should see the red card overturned, but there was flash of red mist from Sainz and heā€™ll continue to get sent off if he doesnā€™t curb it. Focusing on Howson is pointless.
  8. Things is, pace in wide areas is integral to Wagners game. Without Sainz, Hernandez and Rowe we are one dimensional and very average.
  9. What a shame. Corner turned, then Rowe injured, Nunez injured, Hernandez Injured, Sainz red costs us 3 points, and misses another 4 games. Absolute disaster, but little that can be laid at Wagners door. Weā€™ve had some crap luck.
  10. He is doing it consistently though. Yes he had an injury, but it doesnā€™t take a world class scout to realise how consistent Josh is, and what his goal tally wouldā€™ve been minus the injury. His goals per minutes are sensational. Last season he played up top only a handful of occasions because of Pukki, but scored in nearly all of them. Heā€™s deadly, and has much more to his game than Armstrong, and potentially, dare I say it, Watkins. Our win rate when he plays up top is equally as sensational, showing how much he positively affects the teamā€™s performance. A complete centre forward. Ā£35 million please.
  11. Sargent is a class act and only 23 years old. A 23 yr old striker with his goals per minute ratio for a championship side should be north of Ā£30 million. Watkins went for Ā£34 million, and last season Gyokeres left Cov for Ā£26 million. Weā€™re dealing in and around those figures if Sarge leaves.
  12. This canā€™t be true.. it ONLY happens at Norwich.
  13. I have no issue with the fans booing. Nor do I have an issue with McLean reacting. I really donā€™t think anything Iā€™ve posted in this thread contradicts that. I do enjoy debate, which more accurately reflects my post count. Ta šŸ˜˜
  14. It isnā€™t ridiculous, and entirely relevant. Thanks for the air time. Iā€™m not excusing anyone for ā€˜attackingā€™ (way to over dramatise it) McLean. Please point that bit out. You suggesting Iā€™m ā€œmaking stuff upā€ is, well, you making stuff up! Indispensable? Where have you plucked that from? Youā€™ve got your self all worked up, and lost your way here, RJ. But for one of the more eccentric and baffling posters, thatā€™s not surprising.
  15. Please point out the bit where I said I want our club to be like Leeds?
  16. Lol.. where did I say I canā€™t handle it? Doesnā€™t bother me in the slightest mate!
  17. If you really think booing is exclusive to Norwich you are incredibly naive. In fact, itā€™s one of the most placid, non-demonstrative, places the players can play their football. If Kenny McLean canā€™t handle a few grumpy Norwich fans heā€™s in the wrong game. The fact he reacts so visibly to it, is evidence to how ā€˜safeā€™ he feels to do so, and supports my point above. He just wouldnā€™t do it at a Leeds or Sunderland, for example. In the same way Webber wouldnā€™t have strutted about throwing arrogant, egotistical, hand grenades around whenever he felt like it.
  18. McLean in a two man midfield against anything other than champs mid table cannon fodder, rarely impresses. In a three, where he can be more combative, or at centre half where he can maraud forward, suits him better.
  19. Well, weirdly you enjoy confrontation and criticising fellow Norwich fans.
