  1. 1. Do you think AN is up to it 2. Are you going to publically back him. 3. Do you have balls to change the manager and appoint your own. You''ve been very quite to date.
  2. Not a done deal, Norwich and Wigan still keen according to news on Talk Sport this morning. Although rumours is that he could sign for Burnley today.
  3. Could become even more difficult if Newcastle start looking for another Striker due to injuries. We will miss out yet again if don''t sort this summer transfer shambles out soon for a striker.
  4. Thanks Wooster. Just have to wait and see if he plays against us.
  5. http://www.bristolpost.co.uk/bristol-city-striker-jonathan-kodjia-8217-s-instagram-antics-fuel-further-speculation/story-29623489-detail/story.htmlLink: If not working, please could someone sort it, ta
  6. Heard some chat that Assombalonga has not been played as he has asked for a move...Anyone heard this?
  7. I don''t know if/how close we are on getting a striker, but have we signed one and who are we being linked with?
  8. The clock is ticking and the games have started, yet we are still no closer on getting our striker.Clubs around us are snapping up players as our choice of player gets reduced. Are we waiting on the hopeful sale of Brady to fund our next big signing. This could leave egg on our face especially if this happens on deadline day.Fingers crossed it works out what the club are planning, but I won''t be holding my breath.
  9. Now a target for Wigan for 3m I would to think we would go for him at that price.
  10. Til, You mean a bit like the strikers........Mbokani, Bamford and RVW out and nobody in ?I thought you were sharper than that, Loan, Loan and only £250k is not going to buy much.
  11. £8m and most probable a Brady replacement. Based on the clubs one out, one in policy.
  12. Nah, just a smokescreen to draw attention away from Britt. Can''t see Norwich spending that sort of money.
  13. Just in case any smart ar$e says that Redmond plays on the right, I know.Kapustka plays Left/Mid and on the Right. He is right footed so would be good for crossing the ball from the right wing.
  14. Anyone you''ve seen that could be a possible target for us that has stood out to you.Impressed with Bartosz Kapustka and plays left wing (replacement for Redmond, maybe)
  15. So we if we only get 10m for our prized asset what must the rest of our squad be worth. 10m is peanuts to a Prem club for a under 21 international. Selling short yet again. It''s most probably worth keeping him and forfeit the 10m to push for promotion.
  16. I see from my original post that this thread has grown arms and legs.It was only meant to be a bit of banter from Hooper''s tweet and the way different people can read the meaning `What a Shame''.as some see it as sincere and others can read it up yours, so to speak.Hooper is a player I would loved to have kept especially that we basically gave him away.
  17. Craig, wrote; He said "...what a shame..." yeah that is a tweet which was sent after Norwich were relegated and beat Watford at Carrow Road. Obviously he meant what a shame Norwich have been relegated - meaning he was gutted Norwich went down. Obviously I/we meant what a shame Hooper didn''t get promoted - meaning we are gutted he won''t be playing in the Prem. Or maybe not.
  18. That''s what you said apparently, when Norwich were relegated.
  19. Naismith is still a Norwich player and if he wishes to stay him then hats off to him. I believe his heart is in the right place, remember the passion shown after the final whistle at Newcastle.
  20. No,No,No. hardly a goal scoring xtrordinairGo for Bamford in the club going forward, better for the future.
  21. Nuff, As I see it if a player is on 10k/per (520k) maxing out the wage bill who you don''t want you pay them off 520k. Then allows two younger player on 5k/week to fill an unwanted players wage and hopefully be better. A lot is based on the wage buget, taken up by unwanted players can kill a club. My view anyway.
  22. I agree that some of the players that I would axe would be OK in the Championship. It is more about getting a squad built to be better equipped for the Premiership with a few minor tweaks. Reducing the wage bill sooner allows us to buy decent young talent which is vital. Getting the newer settled back four hopefully built around Klose. This back four can''t have Bassong as a CB pairing who was no good in the Prem.
  23. Ok, Alex I will help you out. Jake Kean, Steven Whittaker, Michael Turner, Tony Andreu, Sebastien Bassong, Youssouf Mulumbu, you''re fired. That was easy, next six.
  24. Brighton have released 5 and have done the right thing to act quickly. We must have at least 7 or 8 to release.
