Name the three substitutes in our three Wembley League Cup Finals?

I won''t cheat and look it up. A guess would be Trevor Howard, the eternal sub, in the first two. And I remember (I think!) that it was John Devine against Sunderland.

1975 Billy Steele

1985 John Devine

1973 struggling with that one Nutty.

I will go with Purple and say Trevor Howard for 1973.

If we''re on subs, who was the first Norwich City player to come on as a sub in a League game? Helpful clue; it was in the 1965-66 season. And it wasn''t Trevor Howard.

No idea Purple. Don''t forget I''m a youngster and it was before my time[;)]

So I looked it up......

I won''t say though in case anyone else wants to play. Remember a lot of the older posters go to bed early [|-)][O][S]

I assume everyone is awake by now...as you saw, nutty, the answer is Gordon Bolland, who came on for Terry Anderson in a 0-0 at Bristol City.
Here''s one for you anoraks. Which former Norwich City player played both for and against the England National Team?
I think I know the answer to that but it''s well obscure. Did he play for Hong Kong?

Hong Kong Golden Selection to exact - an account of the game can be found here for anyone who wants to know the answer.

The interview at the bottom is well worth a read as well.

They were full internationals playing for england, on the same pitch, at the same time, and were Norwich players at the time.  (In other words not a trick question!)).
