So who are we going to get the two wins against

that we need to get over the magic 40 point mark? Hard games coming up have to win against Wolves and Blackburn in my eyes. They wont be easy games. The rest of the games look rather tricky and could see us losing all. Really should of beaten Wigan.

At home, we can beat Wolves and Everton, and Aston Villa, and I think we could get something from Liverpool.Away, we can beat Blackburn (though they are starting to look half decent with Hoilett & Yakubu gelling well) and draw with Fulham though "I would love it if we beat them".Arsenal & Spurs away - don''t think we''ll get much there.Man City at home - we''ll have a go but suspect a 0-2 defeat.

On our current form we may have to rely on draws to see us over the 40 point mark.Lambert is full of surprises though and fully capable to giving the players the appropriate kick up the backside to get a few more wins. Heaven knows we can''t play with such a slow tempo as we did against Wigan and expect to get results.I''d say, beat Wolves and Fulham.

Don''t agree O/P we do not "need" anymore. We are safe. Points mean prizes though and and increased money for a high position is our aim now.

My thoughts are now concerned with next season, not this.

We need to be thinking of next season in regard to new players coming in, we do need some and some players that people like will be squad players. But we do need to be thinking of this season on the field. If we wilt we will take that into next season. One thing Lambert doesn''t like, he is a winner and our team are getting that ethos. Until it is mathematically certain of our safety will I feel safe, however I am greatly looking forward to the window and the need of filling holes in our squad to make a survival campaign in the premiership next season. But we do need to care about results now and performance level. Since the Swansea game performances have been ropey and points are looking less likely, we have played poorly and not changed our tactics and again we have not seen any individual player take the mantle of scoring goals from Holt during this spell. No doubt the team began to find form with ayala and Morison in the team as we settled in to a strong run. It is hyper critical to say this but you have to look at our form and see that as a team we have been amazing as a group, but individually we need a few to step up once more till the end of the season. We do need to push on, no question if we lapse now we could take this into next season that is not acceptable by this fan, this supporter, our manager and team.Increased money from being up that table will help, more than the FA cup money, and help us attract better players.Newcastle away is a game where we can pick up a point, which will be very good. But out of many of the teams we play this is one where we could actually pick up the three. I think if we play with intensity that we have not shown in the last few games we could have a very good chance and it could just be the game that Morison will shine in, no pressure from the home crowd. He will score over 10 goals this season and I hope he starts tomorrow.Wolves at home, if they keep Connor we have a great chance and again this will be physical game. It will have to be a patient game but I do think if we get an early goal we can see there heads drop.Fulham away, two attacking teams. There is scope here for a win, a draw would be a great result. But depending on the results of the two games prior a win may be very important here. There is the need for there to be a performance at the Cottage, yes it was a different team but we need to get that monkey off our back of that result. Everton at home could again be a game where points come our way and very important before the very tough run-in.After that the results will all depend on these four games. It does come down to the result in each game, if we draw our first two a win at Fulham is essential.Personally, I think we could get 4-6 in our next two games. Anything less and it will be disappointing, I also think that we can pick up 4 points from Fulham and Everton - 8 points from these four games would be exceptional and very plausible, but we do need a run of points and performances now.Having said that 6-7 points would still be a very fair picking, anything less and we will need to be playing well at the end of the season to pick up the points and pick up our performances to take into next season.

So sorry I can see 2 wins in our next two games if we have the intensity right and win the second ball. If we do that our class can show. But over the next four games I can see 2 wins.

Newcastle will be in no doubt they are in for a match tomorrow.   The manner of our victory at Carrow Rd will be on their minds I''m sure.  So one of the victories the op is craving could be tomorrow!
