But Cody replaced Holt in round 2. He also seems to be ahead of Cureton in the pecking order at the minute.

Interestingly, this may well depend if Sub appearances count for the top appearance maker rules or not. Cody has 15 appearances from 20 matches, but 12 are as a substitute.
