Boyo 0 Posted October 8, 2009 A few injuries for Lambert to think about on Saturday so who will be in the team??! ForsterSmith Doherty Askou DruryDaley Adeyemi Lappin Hoolahan Martin HoltRudd is with the U19''s so Forster will be straight in. Otsemobor still looks doubtfull so I think Smith will end up filling in for him, apart from that the same back four. Russel also looks doubtfull according to the official website so as Korey might go right back and Hughes is in the Scotland squad I think Adeyemi will play, with Daley on the right and Lappin on the left. From then on the usual lethal trio, Hoolahan behind Holt and Martin. (as apparently Holt will be fit for Saturday).Anyone else think any different?
That Midfield would get torn apart i reckon. i hope Russell will be ok. We desperately need to get a new right winger as i''d say thats the position that causes most concern, i don''t think either Daley or Mcveigh are up to it. Lambo 0 Posted October 9, 2009
I''d go for:ForsterFrancomb Doherty Askou Drury Russell Smith Lappin Hoolahan Holt MartinSUBS: McDonald (GK lol) Stephens, Adeyemi, McVeigh, Cureton, Dawkin, Daley
Agreed, it causes the least disruption to a team thats been playing very well lately. CANARY CHARGE 0 Posted October 9, 2009 Francomb will start, good performance in the jtp!
BroadstairsR 0 Posted October 9, 2009 I actually hope that Ots is fit, and apparently there is a chance. His inclusion would mean less disruption in the midfield.I want Smith there and think this is vital. The combination of both Daley and Adeyemni would seem to be a little lightweight and inexperienced. I consider PMcV. a bit of a luxury in away games. It is a rugged environment up there in Carlisle. BroadstairsR 0 Posted October 9, 2009 Francomb probably needs more time.
Boyo 0 Posted October 9, 2009
still don''t see what daley offers the team!!
This is not the team I would play but the team I think will play acounting forinjuries and everything. If I was to pick the team with Russel and Semmy fit I would play: ForsterSemmy Doherty Askou Drury Russel Smith Lappin Wes Martin Holt
