Tony Cottee Woz Ere . . .

We'll be lucky to finish mid table.

Adeyemi, smith and daley are simply not good enough, end of. Lambert is proving to be a long ball merchant, and his treatment of hoolahan is a disgrace. Considering along side hughes wes is the only player with genuine creative ability i''m afraid not having him in the first team is beyond a joke. The whole simon lappin is a great guy with a great attitude love in bandied about by alot of norwich fans seems to be distracting them from the fact the man provides next to nothing on the pitch. This season is going to be another massive let down, and an even bigger let down to the deluded supporters, of which there are many, who believe we will walk a top finish.

Perhaps you might wish to reserve judgement a little while longer before writing off their careers eight games into the season.

smith is certainly good enough, daley is raw maybe tooo raw at the mo and adeyemi... come on now he''s 17. we need more mature players. I am admittedly fuming at the result as i think the ref really conned us tonight. a number of decisions he called incorrectly including a clear pen for us, giving them a pen when we won the ball and there was minimal contact. on top of that we lose two defenders, have to switch the team four times through injury, lose hughes and lose lappin on the wing. now, i have to say here, that hoolahan should have been on that field instead of mcveigh, mcveigh offered nothing whatsoever. on a positive note, askou looked assured and as did nelson before he went off.

While a player coveted by teams higher & in higher divisions than us, can''t even get on Lambo''s bench.

Quality. People aren''t that fussed it seems with footy played the ''Norwich'' way as long as it''s winning football.  Mid-table crap anyone?

I would include hooolahan though. I didn''t think we played long ball that much either. in the second half we did but i think that was to do with the pressure we were under for vast amounts of the game.

For what it''s worth i disagree with the OP.Just part of the same old drivel that comes up after every below par performance, and every highly promising performance. It''s a bandwagon, and most football fans are on it... So i guess i can''t get too angry.
