Norwich City live games on net - where?

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I''m an exiled Norwich fan living in Northern Ireland. Having only recently acquired internet access at home (better late than never!), I am keen to find where (if anywhere - legally) I can watch the games live, without having to pay a fee. I have found a few sites but am unsure about them. If the only option is Canaries World, then I''ll bite the bullet and dip into my pocket.

On a similar topic, I''ve been trying to listen to games on BBC Radio Norfolk yet it states that due to "contractual reasons", I am unable to do so. I presume that the good folk of Norwich can listen to the games, but I can''t. Again, is there any way around this?? I feel like I''m starving my habit and badly need a hit!

As far as I know, the only way is canaries world, but you cant watch them, only listen. I a ma member and believe it''s worth it for 35 quid a year, as I can listen when I''m not at home and the highlights are good to see hoolahan''s wonder-goal and extended highlights of some games (eg Ipswich). You cant listen on the BBC Norfolk website for some stupid reason you have to listen on fm which you obviously cant. Canaries World your best bet IMO.

Living in "the borders" I found it very difficult to get radio Norfolk on FM...... so I brought a DAB radio. Problem solved! In fact if you have Canary''s world you will find there is a time delay, so if you have both going you can hear Norwich goals twice!!!!!!

...or hearing the opposition score twice! So that''s radio coverage on DAB, highlights on Virgin...now to find the live action!

Cheers for your posts guys - useful and very prompt!
