Maybe the poisonous attitude of a lot of fans towards the board prompted the Turners to quit!

Perhaps the Turners looked at the hysteria that resulted from the Cullum ''story'' and thought they were better off out of it.  The  childish and ill-conceived tirades of abuse levelled against the board has perhaps led the Turners to wonder why they ought to bother at all.  If I were them I certainly would have given the ingratitude of people on sites such as this and the startling inability to appraise the situation with even a scintilla of rationale.

Anyone who gets involved in football ought to know what goes with the territory.  Our fans are far less hostile than most.  But why on earth would the Turners spend time reading message boards?

Look we are all in this together, now is not really the time to be bitching about what has been said in the past, we can''t change that can we? 

It''s about time for once, regardless of our views on the board and what they have and haven''t done to be put aside.  This club could be in serious problems (could be!!!), and right now regardless of who is in charge we need to be ALL singing off the same hymn sheet.
