Can we draw the line at politics!?

Recommended Posts

No offence to the author or subsequent contributors to the particular thread i''m referring to, but can we leave such discussions to other message boards! I come on here to get away from thinking about ''the state of the nation'' (which for me, is pretty depressing under Labour and will likely be no better under Cameron and co, so we can''t win. Or we might have a liberal government - imagine that!) Anyway, look, i''m at it now!

The line it is drawn The curse it is cast
The slow one now Will later be fast
As the present now Will later be past
The order is Rapidly fadin''.
And the first one now Will later be last
For the times they are a-changin''.

No offence taken.  It was just one of those thoughts that used to pop into my head far more frequently than now.  I find watching Hollyoaks is a great way to stop intelligent thoughts from happening more often.  They should put it on the NHS.

I  enjoyed it too to start with - it certainly was an interesting intellectual challenge to adapt a different subject and apply it our team''s struggles.  however then the serious politico''s took over.  Get a life!  We all know that all politicians are cut from the same piece of sh*t - only in it for themselves whatever their viewpoint.
