we8wba 0 Posted March 11, 2008 I go with exciting 0-0 bore draw you lot can sort the teams out
Salopian 1 Posted March 11, 2008 The likely changes are Semi for Velasquez, and Cureton starting. The only major indecision is Dion - will he start on the bench or will he be tried at CD to try to counter the height of the their strikers? My guess is the former, as their big strikers also have pace and energy.Sorry, can''t see us winning, - a draw is possible but I suspect hat we shall go down 2-1 or 3-1. Syteanric 1 Posted March 11, 2008 Stoke will Kick us all over the place im afraid, and with Shaky shacks at the back we wont be able to deal with 2 physical strikers...2-0 Stoke im afraid... we are a team full of pu**y''s without Rusty!jas :)
we8wba 0 Posted March 11, 2008 you playing stoke at the right time though, they seem to be bottling it, keep sidibe of the ball and you should winhe doesnt get much praise due to lack of goals but sidibie creates lots of chances and often brings likes of lawerence into the game
mike 0 Posted March 11, 2008 What has russel done to classed as a non pu---y ?Is it hard to trip players from the back and rant like a small child then get sent off, again.Saturday the back 4 then 3 stuck at it and helped along with marsh to keep score respectable.Shaky shacks as you say was part of a team that went 13 games without defeat, conceded very few goals, along with doc, semmy, camara done a good job.Our problem is too many changes with the team over the last few weeks no consistency etc.
Shyster 0 Posted March 11, 2008 What on earth are you all doing trying to predict the team selection??Roeder will read this and put Martin at right-back now.[;)]
Bigmarkcanary 0 Posted March 11, 2008 ---------------------------------------------1. MARSHALL------------------------------------------2. OTSEMOBOR----------------4. SHACKELL----------15. PEARCE--------------17. CAMARA7. CROFT------------------------16. FOZZY (Cpt)-------24. PATTY------------------21. BERTIE------------------------------------9. SIR DION------------10. CURETON--------------------------4-4-2 please Mr Roeder!Subs: 12 GILKS (GK), 14 VELASCO (RB), 28 SPILLANE (CM), HUCKS (LW/ST), 32 EVANS (ST). Stoke haven''t won in their last three games, but I''m expecting them to be a real big handful tonight for our back four, especially with the attacking threat of Lawrence, Sidibe and Fuller. Our defence will all have to be alert at all times to deal with them, as well as those long throws by Delap. Stoke have had a couple of dodgy results recently, like getting hammered 3-0 by QPR in their last away game. I just hope we don''t underestimate them and go toe-to-toe with them all the way. I''m looking forward to seeing Pattison start tonight as I think that this is his sort of game. He''s never one to shirk a tackle. I also hope that Roeder this time starts with the right formation, 4-4-2, and start Jamie Cureton alongside Sir Dion. That way, we may have a good chance of getting our noses in front. Roeder is expecting an improvement on all levels following Saturday''s poor performance and so are us home fans, so I''m expecting it to be a noisy Carrow Road tonight. For me, this has a draw written all over it - 1-1.
