How many loans can we have in the squad and how many can play at one time.Last week I think we had 5 loans on at the same time when I thought it was only 4 at one time?

Strange looking at his past jobs, Gillingham did nothing. Watford - sacked, Burnley - not liked by club left 1 season, W Ham - sacked, Newcastle - resigned ?? What has he done so far, no player he has signed from the past from ameobe, phillips etc want to come to us, players in squad do not seem to get on with him, have we improved this year, still conceding goals no change, still making mistakes that cost, cardiff first goal just walk past dejan then kennady but they are excellent ? still not played decent team yet, no goals problem from last year but who have we got ?midfield worse than last year ? So have we improved and is roeder the man ??? still not sure.  

so far we have coceded 3 goals in 2 league games.Today against b/ pool dejan put the ball in the stand several times only hit one long ball to croft that conected lost majority of headers against 1 forward.Last week could of got sent off when he was a bit slow, kennady today lost the ball that led to there penalty.Lets keep options open when we play decent side with good forwards.But as an earlyier post said roder has bought these players in and they will play in any position.So far after seeing 3 games in a week our problem is as we all know is same as last season not defence but midfield attack and no forwards.How we let them score yesterday was poor.

What has russel done to classed as a non pu---y ? Is it hard to trip players from the back and rant like a small child then get sent off, again.Saturday the back 4 then 3 stuck at it and helped along with marsh to keep score respectable.Shaky shacks as you say was part of a team that went 13 games without defeat,conceded very few goals,along with doc,semmy,camara done a good job.Our problem is too many changes with the team over the last few weeks no consistency etc.

from reading GR comments and some gossip from people,  i think that there could be changes to the team v cardiff. Hope we do not change a winning team.What are your thoughts?

Heard that he was leaving last night for Europe.Think this was the last we have seen of dave.

Murray has had a poor start to his time with norwich but so have many others.I think that many performances from many players has been very poor hence the results and league table.Shacks has had many burdens this season ,no costant partner to work with, left back problems without drury ( who was being condemed by many a few weeks ago) a midfield that has not been there most weeks and learning the roll of captain, so now is the time to take a look and judge.The team with the loans on paper looks more balanced, players in correct positions for once.Lets see who roder picks this weekend I think that shacks will start and murray will not make the bench.Perhaps the team will get that ingriedent called coaching for once, seems to have been lacking in the past.

I think that shacks has been playing in a team that has up to today had no plan of how to play, is that a players fault or a managers.It is stange how we want to condem and change when you look at roders new players brought in, right sided CB, left back ,left sided midfield,a player who we hope can score? Why has he not changed shacks? Must think that the weak links are elsewhere.My opinion and that is all, is that now will be the acid test for not just shacks but all of them.The games I have watched so far and that all but 3 this season have shown we have been put to the sword from the first to the last minute of every game and no matter who was in defence the result would have been the same.Last night with england we all wanted, I did anyway to change the keeper and what happened?Now roders got some new faces that we hope can play football and we are all getting some hope that we improve quickly and get results so lets see over the next week, 3 games and lets hope 3 wins, as they say funny game football full of opinions.

Take the blinkers off and watch the game, all of it.Hey that is what oppinions are for.I thought the game was 11 a side we only play with 6-7 possibly, saw his efforts on tv again trying to block the 2 nd goal yesterday and it was the wife who said why is it only shackle that was trying to stop the shot???? Lets say no more.Thats why we are only fans not managers.

Same old c--p again.I think doc has done well this season and after yesterday thought shacks was good,first half bristol did not ever look like scoring only when the manager made the normal mistakes with formation again we started to struggle.Forwards did they play well,   where were the goals??????  What midfield did we have ?????????????? Hucks was totally ineffective until last 20 mins when he was changed over to the left,  jarvis  what do we say????????????  Lappin ???????? the same.Murray and shacks did well when playing together tought shacks was not at fault for any goal saw him shouting on many occasions but with the lack of quality in front of him thought he did well.Would love to see tery/ferdinand play with our midfield doubt if results would change at all.

Choices of players will always be an emotive issue,but it just shows when a fan puts his thoughts down on paper how we can all get it wrong.Jarvis/eagle still progressing need to go on loan,lappin/shackell left back???????? Murray slow,plays 1 yard behind other players can not win a header?????????????? Doc doing average, still letting team down with vital mistake or missed goal.We can go on and on,but that is freedom of opinons.Lets get grants first selection from a full squad then judge.

Yes he has improved but as i have said on a few occasions it is not the back 4 but what is in front of them.Funny how with the changes last tuesday and saturday in midfield especially first half we coped quite well. BUT  lets remember the quality of what we were playing against not to good saturday as well.I think that drury/shacks/doc/ostemboor with a decent 4 in front will cope and play well in most games.Lets see russel/spillane/smith/ and hope hucks playing well will solve the problem.

Lappin,brellier,murray,dave.We can not play with 7 players each week its like attack against defence.Hucks not with it yet,cureton lacks a strike partner who is a goal threat him self.Wolves had flair,pace,and 11 players playing together yesterday, we had a back 3 otsemboor,doc? and shacks that that were under the cosh from the first second to the last its the same every week even if dublin is there its the same if dublin and shacks played together it would be the same so until we see changes in front of the back 4 these results will continue.

What game do you watch, at wolves yesterday 80% of the team are not up to it fact.Watching highlights again to day apart from shacks last ditch clearances we could have lost 4-5 goals.Every week its the defence the defence the defence.Not a single midfield player apart from poss russel wanted to play yesterday and when they did get the ball they lost it time after time.Up front dave was terrible.The main thing is that this happens week in week out so lets look at the facts first not look at doc/shacks partnership etc The new players are not up to it fact.Sitting in the stand yesterday everyone one saw lappin get the ball taken from him every time, but again this happens every week.I think that doc/shacks need a team in front of them not to be there for cannon foder each week.
