We''re now 12 points from the top, but only 4 points above the bottom

After Cardiff, who already have more than twice as many points as us, there''s an ominous look about the Clubs ocupying the next 5 places - Birmingham, Preston, Palace, Southampton,WBA.

Too early to panic ?

After Sunday a quarter of season will be gone.

If we don''t get our skates on, the play off places will start to be out of reach and when you''re only averaging just over a point a game, it''s very difficult to catch up.

The table makes depressing reading at the moment. Never fear though, we will be back up to the dizzy heights of 11th with a win tomorrow; level on points with the mighty Colchester.

Here is the worst part................

Most of the teams we have played so far are unlikley to be anyting more than mid table and below.

That is relegation form without a doubt if we are getting slammed by mid table teams.

 we have to play Cardiff, Birm,Wolves, Southampton, WBA not forgetting CP away.

It''s only really depressing when we look at the club set up as it stands.......A hungry new manger and some raw emerging talent would soon put that right.......as long as it is done quickly.

If you look at user polls, just over a couple of weeks ago, there was a clear majority of fans saying we had made a good start to the season. Things change very quickly.

What it does show is how dependant we are on Hucks.
