TheGunnShow 7,379 Posted May 12 Not really - Moyes is often good for getting a team to be developed, but we tend to rely quite heavily on developing youngsters, and that's not really his bag.
Capt. Pants 5,015 Posted May 12 A good man and a far better manager than people give him credit for. Seemed to take WHU up and then down again. I don't think he'd be a good fit, especially if we stay in the Chumps.
The Raptor 1,574 Posted May 12 I don't think he'd have any interest. I actually have a feeling he'll retire. Perhaps take the Scotland job if it comes up.
Bovril 264 Posted May 12 He's had a decent managerial career - relative success at Preston, Everton, and West Ham. Failing at Manchester United (who hasn't though post-Ferguson?), Real Sociedad, and Sunderland. He's 61 now and probably covered most of what he's wanted to do. The one remaining job would probably be the Scotland or Celtic job, whichever became available first.
