Ipswich have a very winnable run coming up.. Southampton next game is West Brom away. Southampton and Leeds still to play each other, and Ipswich still to play Southampton. They’re still well in then hunt for 2nd, despite being ****e for nearly 2 months!!

Well that turned out OK. The points total for 6th place is still 71 points and a fair crowd are on and around 48 having played 32 games

Bar Hull who have a game in hand, though they have Coventry, PNE, Soton, WBA and Leicester in the next seven games.

All we can do is keep grinding out results, and see where we are, come May,

Beginning of Nov we were 17th after 15 games with 17 points. 17 games and 31 points later we are joint 6th

(the binners were 9 points clear of Leeds and 10 points clear of S'oton that weekend, they are behind both of them now).

For fans of horse racing we are now under starters orders as we come to the starting line, pretty much level - a third of the season to go so let's get behind the players, the team and the club

Dare to dream

Look, I don't want the Scum getting promoted , but let's focus on ourselves. It would be some achievement to get to the Play-offs and those are a lottery , as we all know.

Really good few days for us with results generally going well;  points gap to 6th closed and but for a poor sat could have been in the last play of spot on points.   Less worried about GD as points matter and if we can avoid complacency against lower table teams and when we get ahead this is very much in our hands.

Bring on Cardiff with focus and determined mindset.
