"Remember, do not get close to the opposition until they have the ball under control. Leave at least one of the opposition free so they have some one to pass to. Defenders, if the opposition are running at you back off. Continue to back so as to allow them time to shoot.. Don't be afraid to pass the ball back. However far upfield you are. Goal kicks, keep the ball within the penalty box for as long as you can. You will have to hit it upfield at some point but not until after you have scared the crowd. It adds to the match day experience.

Now go out there and....avoid marking the opposition. Keep your eyes fixed on where the ball is, NOT your opposite number. Championship players need that extra bit of time, give it to them."
