Just to confirm all we need to do is;

Change the owners

Change the Senior Leadership Team

Change the Manager

Change all our players

Magic players from the academy into Championship level first teamers.

Cool.

+ Change the fans

+ Change the ground

No. I'm saying

1. Conclude a takeover already in progress.
2. Change two members of staff.
3. Change a manager, Something Watford do every three months.
4. Change a squad with numerous out of contract players. Something we'll have to do anyway!
5. Refocus on an academy which has had a good recent track record. Make Liam Gibbs a poster boy to be better appeal to those who might want a place at a club that looks to give academy prospects a go rather than buy abroad.

But I appreciate the truth detracts from the sarcastic **** attitude so you do you.

A simple 'Yes' would have sufficed.

Lol. We all know there's nothing sufficient for the sarcastic internet **** every forum seems to have.

I'm not sure what's happened to him. Back when I posted here regularly he (she?) was one of the posters I really admired.

Now just another internet troll who'd rather make a cheap point than engage with what I'm saying.

Ouch to the Norovirus. Just remember to keep the vomit & s*it in the toilet and off the forum (wink emoji)

And I hope you’re feeling better soonest.

If it's any consolation I completely agree with you that the football club needs a refresh and reset, from the top down, right through to the players.

There's no cohesion between fans, players or the club - it's been a pretty toxic environment since Farke got wobbly.

It's just too simplistic yet too difficult to be reality

However, Webber still has a small amount of credit in my bank, which is decreasing month by month but is enough to carry us into next season with promotion an absolute must.

For a couple of reasons,

He's given us two unbelievable years.

The first relegation wasn't as bad as most make out on here, I loved watching 'our' young boys take on the best and up until Covid we weren't embarrassed.

Last season with hindsight was dreadful, but pre season most fans were happy with our recruitment, gapping hole at DM aside.

I became Farke out after the Leeds game, after he went against his principles and went all long ball.

But Webber was then wrong to sack him after a victory.

It is also my belief that there was absolutely no plan whatsoever when when Webber sacked Farke.

Dean Smith and everything since as been dreadful.

Whilst I'm not anti Wagner, his appointment was lazy and uninspiring.

Realistically if the take over does bear fruition in the summer, than I can see a 'hand over' season whereby Webber works alongside the Americans until they bring their own football man in.

Idah gets one more shot.

He's had enough shots. None of them went in. He should be loaned out, probably to L1 (I can't see a championship team being interested)

Everything that the OP requested will happen - just not by the end of the summer.

I could pull his asks apart further, but they will all come to fruition eventually. But the nuclear option he is proposing is just not going to happen, in the UK we ere on the side of Evolution not Revolution.
