If he is a professional footballer it is part and parcel of the game to have to move between clubs and therefore his family should know that and be expected to relocate. It is not much of an inconvenience when you take into account the amount of money footballers are earning in comparison to Joseph Public. It is a sure sign of how soft people are today and you can tell Russell Martin is a child of Delia's because of the huge gulf between what comes out of his mouth and what he actually delivers on the pitch. Younger generations would do well to remember that there was once something called conscription into the army and young men had to leave their families to go and fight for their country with the very real prospect of not coming back.
