FCC 77 Posted August 26, 2017 Never going to last if repeats of last seasons Brighton capitulation and Burton no shows re-surfaced.A repeat of these away performances at home and Farke will be finished. At the moment it looks very much like a relegation season - squad devoid of quality, backbone, and organisation.Webber will be banging on about his philosophy and patience as we drop into League 1. Carrow89 0 Posted August 27, 2017 I don''t think it is devoid of quality. Players don''t usuallu make it this far if they do not have some sort of determination. What is missing is that managerial touch that Lambert exercised to drive us out of L1 into the PL. Were those player''s that much better ? For the moment it doen''t look like the players have too much faith in Farke.
Dean Coneys boots 1,406 Posted August 27, 2017 Totally disagree. Farke doesn''t sign the players and has been served a truly rotten hand. What is fast emerging is that Gunn, Franke, Husband, Stieperman and Vrancic are not champ standard at the moment - more league 1 or 2. Hardly surprising as that is the price we paid for themOnce again responsibility falls on the board who have totally ballsed it up and have been in freefall since they fell out with Bowkett and replaced him with Balls and Nephew Tom. Literally nothing good has happened since thenOne can also ask who is doing the scouting? An Ipswich fan seems the only credible answer...last good window was a long time ago and this last takes the biscuit. Sold talent and replaced with bargain box wannabees. None of which is the fault of a coach who seems genuinely nice and intelligent and coaches well but lacks a defence to build on.

FenwayFrank 2,467 Posted August 27, 2017 How do you know Farke has no say in transfers ? What you''re saying is Webber is finding German lower league players and telling Farke he''s got to have them which is daft.
Mello Yello 2,302 Posted August 27, 2017 Well, isn''t the final say down to Mr Webber when it comes to appointing players?.....On a separate note......I wonder if Mr Webber is actually regretting leaving ''Uddersfield''?.......Currently unbeaten and 2nd in the Premiership...... Move Klose 303 Posted August 27, 2017 Course he''s kicking himself for not staying at Huddersfield.Whilst we scrapping the bottom of a barrell for 2nd division German players costing less than a million and Middlesbroughs 3rd choice left back. They are going out spending £10m+ players like Mounie from the French top flight and Mooy on a permanent deal.
