Chesney Hawkes 0 Posted November 12, 2016 Hope he can bring the belt home. He has had to fight his own demons so just being at this level is an amazing achievement. There was another footballer who did well from boxing, was it Curtis Woodhouse?
? 0 Posted November 12, 2016 Your right KC, Woodhouse was British champion at light-welterweight but he retired in 2014. He is now manager of Bridlington Town FC!
kick it off 2,062 Posted November 13, 2016 He lost on a split decision - controversially apparently.[:(]

Graham Paddons Beard 2,786 Posted November 13, 2016 I was at Coventry the first game of our relegation to League 1 season. McKenzie got a great reaction from the traveling fans that day, but chose to completely ignore the "He scored against the scum" songs and generally acted like a knob. When he scored against us you would have thought he had won the FA cup. Don''t get the love in here.
