pete 320 Posted February 25, 2016 In his acclaimed interview on YB stated he was wrong in the pursuit of Robbie Brady but now admits £7m now seems a bargain. The initial £2 and £3 m bids made for RB makes the club look two bob, yes don''t go in with bids that will make further negotiations difficult but do try to be realistic with valuations. Only goes to strengthen the little club mentality. Will RB here next season?
Bannana Boy 30 Posted February 25, 2016 I''m going to assume you''re trolling, but just for clarity (and for anyone who hasn''t yet listened to the interview)1) DM didn''t say he was ''wrong'' in his pursuit of Robbie Brady2) DM did say that initially he though he had overpaid a little, but now RM looks like a bargin3) DM didn''t say that NCFC went in with bids of £2 (sic) and £3m4) DM didn''t say that our pursuit of RB made the club look ''two bob''Will RB be here next season. I''d like to think so, but everyone has their price.

It's Character Forming 1,164 Posted February 25, 2016 Fiasco being we got a player at what now looks like a bargain price ? More fiascos like Brady would be a good thing in that case.
The Engineer 16 Posted February 25, 2016 I wonder what DM concludes as a ''substantial profit'' if we sold him...
Canaries north 151 Posted February 25, 2016 If we keep playing him where we are it looks to me like we paid to much. Release the shackles and play him further forward and he could be a bargain.
The gut 0 Posted February 25, 2016 Well done David. If you put it into perspective Robbie Brady for a reported 7million - brilliant left sided midfielder/winger who is superb cover at left back. Potentially player of the season proves his value and well worth the money. Tyrone Mings for a reported 8 million - unavailable for selection, when fit might be able to do a job at left back, who knows? Good company for Grabban on Saturday afternoons.
