Move Klose 303 Posted March 11, 2015 Being reported today by Graeme Bailey today:The prolific 25-year-old centre forward is wanted by the promotion-chasing trio, with Gary Bowyer''s side struggling to comply with Financial Fair Play regulationsBy Graeme BaileyBlackburn Rovers have told Jordan Rhodes he can leave the club, with Derby County, Middlesbrough and Norwich City all interested in signing the striker, Goalunderstands.Rhodes has scored 13 goals in 35 appearances in the Championship this season but is not guaranteed a place in Gary Bowyer''s starting XI and was an unused substitute in the 0-0 FA Cup quarter-final draw with Liverpool at Anfield. Blackburn manager Bowyer has played down talk of a Rhodes sale but, with Rudy Gestede his preferred option, the Ewood Park boss is understood to have agreed to the deal with Rovers chiefs, who are ready to let the 25-year-old leave despite having four years left to run on his current deal. The former Huddersfield striker is one of the highest earning players in the Championship on over £30,000-a-week. Cash-strapped Blackburn have struggled to meet Football League financial fair play criteria [FFP] and have been the subject of a transfer ban which restricted them from signing players in January.Promotion-chasing trio Derby, Middlesbrough and Norwich have all made enquiries regarding Rhodes, while Nottingham Forest and Sheffield Wednesday are also keen on landing the Scotland international. Rhodes has been linked with a loan move away from Blackburn but it is understood that the club are only willing to allow such a deal if terms for a permanent transfer in the summer are also agreed. Goal can also reveal that Derby, Norwich and Middlesbrough have also made renewed enquiries for Fulham forward Ross McCormack. Like Rhodes, McCormack is Fulham''s top earner and they are believed to be considering whether to let him leave Craven Cottage - again on loan with a view to a permanent move in the summer. Branston Pickle 4,150 Posted March 11, 2015 McCormack could be a good shout - not had the best time at Fulham but not helped by them being awful for much of this season. Looks like us, Derby and Boro are all fishing in the same pond in the search for those extra goals....

mrs miggins 0 Posted March 11, 2015 I wonder how much McCormack would cost considering they bought him for £11m at the start of the season after selling all of their players to buy him.
