1. Fellas, your post reflects my feelings perfectly! A lot of reaction on this board has been unsupportive, dissmissive and counter-productive. It''s actually quite shameful, regardless of what we may have all hoped for.
2. Crook and Gunn on rampage after ramraid at Portman Road!
3. I''m quite apathetic towards our board at present - they''ve made plenty of mistakes but until the ''white knight'' comes riding up towards Carrow Road they''re all we''ve got, and no matter how haphazard they appear I do think they attempt to act in the best interests of the club, even if the desired outcome has rarely been achieved of late! However, whilst walking ino the ground and seeing Munby, Wynn Jones (I''ll bet they''re cursing the smoking ban!!) and Doncaster outside the City Stand I can only give them credit for putting themselves there and being prepared to engage with the fans, especially in the current circumstances. Were they expecting praise for sacking Roeder? Critisism for appointing him in the first place? You''d assume a barrage of questions about the next manager at least! Nobody really knows, only the easy option would have been to stay well out of the way, and they didn''t choose to! Fair play to them all.
4. Curbs! Will never happen though. I''d be sceptical but completely supportive of Boothroyd (must have Mackay as assistant though!), Robins, Ince, Gunn
5. Just lump him! You shouldn''t get anything back in reply... After years of thorough research and monitoring I''ve decided that the the only reason these supporters exist is because they''re pussies who failed to locate their backbone and support local sides in the first place!
6. I watched the game with a West Ham supporting mate and mentioned how at Man City he was referred to as ''Dickson Where-Are You'' although he then had a purple patch in the game and I commented how that happened about once every 4 games whilst he played for us... he then gifted the ball to West Ham ''Ah, that''s the Dickson I remember!'' I said, West Ham then scored as a result - ''Yep that''s defintely the Dickson we had''!!
7. The worst decision of course being to appoint him in the first place! he''s left a mess wherever he''s been!
8. Duncan Ferguson is a LEGEND! He could teach our lot a thing or two about playing with pride! Unfortunately I think he''s based in Spain now and has no desire to coach or manage, DARREN Ferguson on the other hand has an impressive record as manager at Peterborough...
9. Does anyone think that we should go down this route? An appointment of the Boothroyd / Ince ilk (i''m dubious of both, but they''re out of work, and the type of characters who may be able to drag us out of this) until the end of the season with a review at the end of the season and possibly longer contract if deemed a success? Personally, that makes sense to me when we can then assess other options depending upon our situation. The manager that takes charge has nothing to lose as we''re in such a mess anyway that it''s unlikely he''d be credited with a full ''relegation'' next to his name anyway.
10. 1. Raymond De Waard 2. Graham Stuart 3. Peter Thorne 4. Paul Dalglish 5. Ian Murray
11. I saw Curo and Dion at a UEA gig (Beverley Night with the missus) about a year ago. It was the day after we''d beaten Blackpool away 3-1 and Dion had scored twice, I did congratulate him on his brace and he was the complete gent as we''ve all come to expect. Curo looked a little miffed that Dion was getting more attention than he was though! Also saw Keith O Neill years ago at GIG IN THE PARK in Halesworth, had a chat with him and he was alright, just there watching his mate''s band. Some litte kid then walked up to him and said ''excuse me, do you play for Norwich?''  ''Yes mate I do'' Keith replied (expecting the youngster to be starstruck) the kid then yelled ''YOU SUCK!'' Keith obviously looked less than pleased with the junior scummer''s reply!
12.
Love and Hate are so close in emotions, which is why, as a town fan I can''t wait for sunday!!! I hate Norwich, but life would be so dull if you supported a team that had shit rivalry! In 442 we were in the top 10 footie rivalries which included baca/madrid, scouse/man u and the Glasgow derby. I hope that, even though both teams are in a Mundane run that we are in the same division for years to come! I would rather watch a town/nodge match than any other, and that includes any premiership side!
Whilst I hate Ipswich as a team and town I agree with your sentiments entirely. I would say at least 75% of my friends are scum fans (I live in Suffolk, but closer to City than Town, hnec the split) and there''s nothing better than some decent banter - win, draw or.... well y''know It''d be pretty dull if we all went glory-hunting and supported Man Utd!
13. YAWN! Not read it but I''ll just a assume it''s the usual...  ''The fans deserve better'' ''We have to do it on the pitch'' ''we know how much it means to them'' I just don''t care anymore. I''ll be there on Sunday and expect us to be routinely beaten. Again.
14. I will definitely NOT renew my season ticket if Roeder is still here come spring.
