1. give him the number 10 shirt and you could say 10 is Cort (tennis court)
 2. I live in Birmingham now! moved here from Chesterfield for uni! I might update my name to Birmingham Canary!
 3. Listening to Radio WM and it''s ALL Wolves by the sounds of it!they''ve been pretty much all over us this half! :/having said that, radio WM is probably going to be biasedlets hope we can keep it 2-1!
 4.

What is it about these lot? I was in a bar watching the game today, planning neutrality but there is something about sitting in a room full of them that makes me want to support the other team however much I hate them!
Try sitting in a room full of Norfolk Chelsea "fans" (I use the inverted commas as most of them believe the club was founded by Roman Abramovich) - give me Norfolk Man U fans any day. And don''t start me on Norfolk Liverpool fans (most of whom started supporting them in the early 1980s when they were winning everything and now whine and complain as if they are somehow still relevant.)
just started uni in Brum and EVERYONE is a man u fan!!! I even met a girl from Norwich! so obviously I asked her if she was a fan oh Norwich - but nope, she was a man u fan! Still, she''s a woman, you cant expect her to know much about football ;)
 5.
I always thought it went "Youssef is better than Juninho" (or Ronaldinho depending on where you sat)?
But mostly it was ''Youssef''s back at the physio'' [;)]
 6. ...Shackell''s overhead kick was the highlight of the game! I think it''s closely followed by the fat bloke sat next to me (not my dad - the bloke sat to my right [;)])  who thought he''d have a massive rant at Chris Coleman (despite the fact that there was about 2000 chantinig fans between him and Coleman), which included many accusations of paying off refs, telling his team to waste time and dive. This was all rounded off with a nice impression of Chris Coleman with some form of mental disability.Despite the Result, it was a good game.Bring in another striker and we''re sorted!top 6 here we come if we can keep players injury free and get a decent goalscoring striker!!
 7.
think he is a good signing but thought he was very poor yesterday, anyone agree who was there?
I kind of agree with you!I dont think he was VERY POORbut he wasn''t as good as I''d hoped!made few mistakes, poor communication and paniced on occassion BUT he despite this, he looked solid most of the time AND is a lot better than Doc!!!!!!!!He gets somewhere between a 6 and a 7 out of 10 in my opinion. Not bad at all.
 8. didn''t see it kick off but me and my dad were on the bus from tesco car park and about 30 or so Coventry chavs got on going on about fighting. I think the oldest one there was about 20 and the youngest looked about 12!probably one of the least enjoyable bus rides I''ve made. Me and My dad being the only Norwich fans on a bus of Stone Island Clad Coventry thugs chanting for about 20 mins.thank god we weren''t wearing colours!!!

something to do with green timber. and if a virgin dances round it a few times it''ll go straight again. it all happened after the devil sat on it.I''ve been taught all this from the wife, did I get any of it right chesterfield canary
yeah that''s how the old story goes! it''ll be crooked forever though! the local church youth club had to cancel their version of nativity last Christmas! they couldn''t find three wise men or a virgin [;)] The old ones are always the best [;)]
i went to chesterfield for the sheff weds game.went to brampton brewery, great bloke there, had about 12 pints for a fiver HAHAand got a free glass. defo going again...
Brilliant local brewery (I live in brampton!) - it''s only really been going about 6 months now but it''s already established itself as a decent brewery - not that there''s much competition for them in Chesterfield!!! [;)]

 11.
where were u in 1995 1996 when we were getting crowds of 14000 and the ground emptying at halftime. probably not old enough u start coming in ur droves when we had 2 good seasons under worthy say no more .
just because you weren''t there in 1995 or whatever doesn''t make any less of a fan!!!I was going to games, even if it was against my will, when around 1994/1995 - but to be honest I genuinely wasn''t intserested in football until I was about 13!I was really lucky that my dad was a massive fan - I live in Chesterfield (and my dad lives in Sheffield) and I managed to go to every game (including pre season tours and friendlies) from the 2003/2004 season to half way through last season - and i still went to a fair few games at the end of last season! I was lucky though - I''m sure there are people who love the club just as much as me who haven''t been to games!it really doesn''t make you any less of a fan!Chris, you really need to get off your high horse! Many people couldn''t get to games (and still cant) for whatever reason and some of us, like myself, where too young to appreciate the club in those days! I was 5 and completely uninterested in football back then!So what''s the point in attacking fellow fans!?shouldn''t we be all glad that we support the same team!?OTBC!!
 12.
Great place to live with a great football team and great (if not slightly strange at times) people simple really.
I''ve never lived in Norwich, but got family in the city so I''ve spent a few weeks at a time in the city - and I couldn''t agree more!Norwich is my favourite place to be - great pubs, great people, lots to do - I''ve never been bored!mind you - I''ve been bought up in Chesterfield!!! Has to be the most average place in the world [;)]
 13. This post is really for people, like myself, who aren''t local to Norwich!!Just wondered + thought it would be interesting to hear why you support Norwich!Mine''s pretty boring really.Mum and Dad were both bought up in SheringhamDad went to Uni in Sheffield - went back to sunny Norfolk for a bit (and met my mum) before returning ''up north'' My dad forced me to support Norwich as a young boy, but I really wasn''t interested in football at all - I just used to take a colouring book or something. When I was 13 (2003) my dad took me to see Norwich City v Nottingham Forrest on Boxing Day - I''ve hardly missed a game since!!so what''s your story?
 14. I can only go on who I remember and who I''ve seen play, so for me it''s gotta be Huckerby. I''ve always enjoyed seeing him play!He has been frustrating at times, but easily the best player I''ve seen at the club - nice fella n''all!
 15. in a word:YES!would be good, and anything is possible in this league, but I cant see us doing much better than an outside play-off place with this team!Credit to Roeder though, he has done a good job! He''s bought in players that are all good enough to get into the team (and most championship teams) - so there''s going to be a lot of competition, particularly in midfield - just need 2 strikers, one more CB and GK and we''re sorted!!OTBC!!!!!
 16. I saw a Norwich fan in New York last september - that''s probably the strangest place I''ve seen a Norwich fan.Next time I''m there, I''m going to that Norwich City supporters bar - I didn''t have time to go last time [:(]
 17.
Bell and Hoolahan aren''t players with great pace but both players who have good feet and are very clever in finding space inside and picking a pass unlike Hucks and Croft who are more out and out wingers who just run at their defenders
I heard that Bell was quite pacy and likes to take on players!I guess we''ll have to wait and see, but that midfiel looks A LOT stronger than last years, even without Huckerby!I''m feeling quite optimistic now!Cant wait for the season to start!!!!!
