1.
The appalling and atrocious incorrect spellun ov ''negativity''.......must stop!
The Samsung galaxy tablet I use to compose the content for the forum has a habit of going off key with spellings. I would like a Bentley with a built in iPad, but I''ll stick with the Qashqai and Samsung - for which I am thankful. Seemingly some of you don''t know your bread is buttered - just be thankful. We could be a lot worse off, I assure you. Leeds, Sheffield Wednesday (and utd for that matter), Charlton, Bolton, Forest, Ipswich; big clubs who have had it a lot worse than us over the last decade. You know what makes clubs thrive? Stability. We are a stable and well run club, who are having a dip in form - you think Churchill was considering giving up after Normandy? Jacking it all in and surrendering to the Germans? This is a period where we must unite, rally and turn Carrow Road back in the the golden yellow fortress it is. I''m 100% behind Jez Moxey, Delia and the board.
2.
Tg 3rd in the top flight.... Perhaps you can tell me where Delia''s legacy has taken us?
So you would prefer Robert Chase? We could quite easily have turned into a Leeds, Sheffield Wednesday or dare I say it Ipswich and have been stuck in 2nd tier football for forever and a day. Just be thankful... Just be thankful.
3. When we finished 3rd in the prem all those years ago we had an average attendance of 16k. Delia has turned the ground into a world class facility, with an average attendance of over 26k. Do the math... And then just be thankful. Just be thankful. TG
4. Just be thankful we have someone who cares Just be thankful. TG
5.
TG aside from reasonably priced vehicular transport, would you say you''re an advocate of ''green travel'' such as walking or cycling to and from games/work etc? I find the bicycle facilities at Carrow Road lacking beyond compare to that of even lowly Dereham Town who have ample space out front of the Aldiss lounge.
Yes, when possible. Car drivers shouldn''t be vilified though. My job would be impossible without a reliable vehicle, which is why i opted for the Qashqai.
6.
What''s wrong with a Nissan? Apples
Absolutely nothing. Just be thankful... Just be thankful. TG
7. Hey Everybody, I hope you’re all having as good a festive period as me - it’s been fantastic. Thanks for all the messages wishing me well. First off ill start with the apology - which is that I’m sorry for not posting much content on the forum in the last week or so, I’m sure you can empathise and relate to the fact it’s been a busy period. The message is, ‘be thankful for what you’ve got’; which is in keeping with this time of year, a period of reflection. I feel it’s ingrained into us in Western society that we always need/want more, bigger, better. Yes, I’d like a self-driving Tesla - but I have a perfectly good Nissan Qashqai. Yes, I’d like a 7 Bedroom detached house in Cringleford - but to be honest I’m perfectly happy with my 3 bedroom semi in Dussindale. Yes, I’d like to be the head scout at Real Madrid - but taking a step back and thinking about it, I’m actually very satisfied with my scouting role at a well-established FL72 side (I can’t name the club I work for due to contractual obligations.) The point I’m making is that we have an excellent team of staff at the club, underpinned by one of the most class acts in the game - Jez Moxey; along with owners who really care. Do you think they like being 12th? I can assure you they don’t. They are working tirelessly to turn this situation around, so put-up, or shut-up and just be thankful. Just be thankful. Best, TG
8.

I must say Moxey and Pardew would have the potential to be an unstoppable force in English football. It''s weather they could marry though..I feel there could be an intense power struggle, but if they could syncronise as one organism, wow.
I''m not sure where the faith in Moxey has come from! Have I missed something? I really can''t see him being an unstoppable force with anyone.
The guy is immaculate. A top class operator - Ask anyone within the game.

10. Balls has the clout to deal with the club on a political level.
11. The guys a touch of class. Well respected (and feared at times) behind the scenes - he can open doors to players and staff McNally could only have dreamed of. There were many mitigating circumstances at Wolves (which I can''t go into on a public forum) which hindered his philosophy and vision for the club. Trust me on this, Jez will flourish here and long term you and I will all be thanking him.
12. We have a fantastic board, who are hurting just as much as us right now. Jez is a man of the peoloe, ask anyone within the club, from the canteen staff to the senior players. When he first came to the club he visited every department; he worked a morning in the kitchen at Delia''s, painted the lines of the technical areas with the ground staff and spent a whole day with the players at Colney, showering with them at the end of the session. This is a man who can put himself on a level with the common man as well as the elite... And people are calling for his head!? Insanity.
13.
True Grit, your appear to be fixated on testicles, are they the answer to everything in football?.....
Yes, and life in general. Which is why I know Jez is the man for the job.
14. December has been stop start. WLWL, red light green light, red light green light. It''s like we are are getting to one set of lights and going through them, only to be stopped by another set, then getting through them and being stopped by a further set. Its the same sort of caper at the city end of unthank road leading onto chapelfield roundabout. The last thing we need is to destabilise and get rid of Alex. I do however recognise that the team needs a lift - I would subcontract a motivational speaker for a month of team building - someone like Robert Kiyosaki - who''s nothing to do with football, just a balls out, high velocity motivator. Would likely be difficult to book him over Christmas mind.
15. Will be a fine asset to the club. he''s been around the block and knows his onions.
16. McCormack''s HD brows represent everything wrong with the modern day game.
17. The whole notion of genetically supreme, master race isn''t viable in the diverse and emotive world we live in (look what happened to Hitler when he toyed with the idea). I beleive in this day and age it''s an old-world vision and thus, a moot point. The future revolves around automation; I predict by the year 2100 we will have a fully autonomous football league, comprised of human replicants, superior in every way to you and I. And yes that includes the scouts! Which is why I''ve told my son he will be the last scout in the family, he will need to think of a new path for his kin.
18. If you read through my content on the forum (not that it will be easy to find, seeing as this site hasn''t been updated since about 2001; what''s with the coding on the quotes??) You''ll see I''ve largely been in favour of AN throughout. I made my thoughts known on who I would sign as manager (Nikolay Kostov) , IF at the last resort he was to be sacked, but I haven''t said he should be. I''m scouting up at Blyth Spartans Saturday, feel free to come and say hello at half time and we can muse about this further. Best TG
