  1. Are you for fucking real The players and pathetic Management and Board don''t deserve the level of support we get What would make you change your mind relegation to the Conference?
  2. Please resign right now Absolutely pathetic Any suggestions as to new Manager?
  3. Listening to Martin, something is very wrong. I agree to say that some of the team capitulated is a real turning point, Neil is in desperate trouble now.
  4. And the end of the day despite our fury its not going to happen is it so I disagree The Board will not act while we are in the top 6
  5. Sorry, this bloke has had 2 years now and after a promising start has not got a clue about team building and how to motivate us His team selection is consistently extremely stupid and although he can talk a good game that''s about it Just do one
  6. We are hardly shopping the bargain basement surely!! Klose 7.6M Naismith 8.5 Pritchard 8? plus Pinto, Canos and Oliveria for another 10M approx that serious money for this level, look at all our opponents this year apart from 2 We are committed to a big expenditure and if we don''t go up on the next 2 years we will have to make some v big sales to rebalance
  7. Apart from the utterly scandalous payment to someone who who got pissed up and appeared to do a runner with the player contracts the most eye catching feature is the transfer fees Underneath is the payments due to us and which we have to pay for the next few years 17 DEBTORS Group Company 2016 2015 2016 2015 £''000 £''000 £''000 £''000 Trade debtors 6,666 7,632 6,666 7,632 Player debtors 22,051 7,090 22,051 7,090 Amounts due from subsidiary undertakings - - - - Deferred tax asset - 561 - 561 Other debtors 501 702 412 602 Prepayments and accrued income 686 834 686 834 Corporation tax - 2,739 - 2,739 Forward contracts 195 - 195 - 30,099 19,558 30,010 19,458 Included in player debtors above are amounts totalling £7.6 million (30 June 2015: £nil) falling due after more than one year. 18 CREDITORS: AMOUNTS FALLING DUE WITHIN ONE YEAR Group Company 2016 2015 2016 2015 £''000 £''000 £''000 £''000 Bank overdrafts 2,682 - 2,682 - Directors’ loans - 1,989 - 1,989 Trade creditors 1,483 1,688 1,483 1,688 Player creditors 23,752 10,664 23,752 10,664 Receipts in advance 11,276 14,489 11,276 14,489 Other taxes and social security 9,656 5,769 9,656 5,769 Corporation tax 47 - 47 - 4.5% ''B'' preference shares of £1 each 1,430 1,421 1,430 1,421 Dividends payable on shares classified as financial liabilities 58 58 58 58 Other creditors 335 357 335 357 Amounts owed to subsidiary undertakings - - 483 350 Accruals and deferred income 8,621 19,157 8,480 19,013 59,340 55,592 59,682 55,798 Directors’ loans of £1,989,000 were repaid during the year. The bank overdrafts are secured by an assignment of future Premier League parachute payments. NORWICH CITY FOOTBALL CLUB PLC NOTES TO THE ANNUAL REPORT For the year ended 30 June 2016 Page 29 19 CREDITORS: AMOUNTS FALLING DUE AFTER MORE THAN ONE YEAR Group and Company 2016 2015 £''000 £''000 Receipts in advance 50 170 5.25% ''A'' preference shares of £1 each 10 10 Accruals and deferred income 1,031 393 Player creditors 890 1,481 1,981 2,054 The amounts falling due after more than one year fall due for repayment as follows: Group and Company 2016 2015 £''000 £''000 In one to two years Receipts in advance 50 120 Accruals and deferred income 685 120 Player creditors 518 872 1,253 1,112 Group and Company 2016 2015 £''000 £''000 In two to five years Receipts in advance - 50 Accruals and deferred income 346 273 Player creditors 372 609 718 932 Group and Company 2016 2015 £''000 £''000 In more than five years 5.25% ''A'' preference shares of £1 each 1 So I read this that we have 22M coming to us of which 7.6M fall due after more than 1 year And 23.75 M payable within 1 year, 890K with 1 to 2 years and then about 1.8M thereafter So that''s an inbuilt net debt of 3.4M We then come to contigency fees 25 CONTINGENT LIABILITIES Additional payments amounting to a maximum of £17,481,540 (2015: £8,415,900) will become payable if certain conditions in transfer and player contracts at 30 June 2016 are fulfilled. Additional signing on fees up to a maximum of £5,898,400 (2015: £8,409,400) will become payable to players subject to the terms and conditions of their contracts being fulfilled. And then finally recent signings transfer dealings: 30 POST BALANCE SHEET EVENTS Transfer of players’ registrations Subsequent to the year end the Group has acquired the registrations of players S Canos, N Oliveira, A Pritchard, M McGovern and P Jones. In addition to N Redmond, whose registration was sold pre year end, subsequent to the year end the Group sold the registration of R Van Wolfswinkel and cancelled the registration of V Odjidja Ofoe. The net payment to which the Group is committed to in respect of these transactions is £12.6m with a maximum further amount due of £9.0m dependent on Club and/or player performance. That''s a total of 26.M further transfer fees contigent on various factors, rummoured to include 2M on Canos alone I notice that there is no apparent contingent transfer fees coming to us on transfers. I also notice that we cancelled Ofoe''s contract which i find a disgrace and spend 12.6 on fees in the Summer up front so it looks like the Oliveria deal is very top loaded on us and him doing certain unspecified things Any comments, I think the amount of contingency fees are absolutely massive personally though there is a school of argument which says most is dependent on promotion and if we get that who cares I guess
  8. Delia Smith would probably herself admit she is the ultimate amateur in terms of Football acumen. She has lots of qualities comittment, passion etc but judgement ain''t one of them. This Moxey bloke seems a bit of a A Hole no?
  9. I expected after what the Manager said that anyone who didn''t fancy it would be gone The retention of Olsson, Naismith, Lafferty and possibly Klose and Brady suggest that wasn''t the case After he said he was giving Maddison a chance, I wasn''t expecting a loan I expected some of the dead wood to be maybe pruned, Turner, Andreu etc? 17 weeks to get a striker and on the penultimate day we get one, I don''t think I was expecting that
  10. I think if you haven''t got a "chip" on your shoulder about people in power then that would be questionable. With you there Ricky Spanish the Guardian is a fucking joke these days We are lucky to have the club run in the way it was 11-13 no issue with you there at all, but 13-16? Really. The football Board scouring Europe, sacking Hughton too late and going with Adams, the pathetic scouting and recruitment etc. Superb squad??? What i would say its the deepest and strongest in terms of nos ever no question but the team Neil is playing is not the one i would be in a no of areas We promise to really break through and then fall back which is so fustrating
  11. Sorry my 15 year old son with the computer for an hour can do better scouting than our so called scouts. Are you Glen Roeder " i missed your tenure as England Manager"? or that horrible tabloid weasel Dennis? As your logic suggests that no-one has the right to an opinion let alone the fans We as fans deserve a basic level of competence and again its not even close
  12. i ought to start with the positives Okay Klose stayed and Canos looks decent Moving on where do we start? We got a good player in Pritchard but in the one area we are strong in We got 2 goalkeepers in and sent 2 out on loan seriously what''s the point? After spending months of doing what appears to be nothing we got a striker with a decent pedigree but with not a great scoring record having missed out on Gayle, McCormack etc etc et We have not rid of at least 3 players who don''t want to be here, one I would keep Olsson the other two and we know who we mean can fuck off. We have retained more dead wood than Thetford Forest, Tuner just the tip of the iceberg with Bassong, Whittaker We sent one our brightest prospect out on loan to Scotland not the best developmental move In January we will have Bassong, Turner, Ruddy, Rudd, Olsson, Murphy x2, Malumbu, Lafferty out of contract immeniently with the exception of Murphys thus worth peanuts. Just totally pathetic but would did we expect?
  13. No way The bloke can''t head it run very fast his passing is so so he falls over a lot and he rants at his team mates and doesn''t look fit Added to which he doesn''t want to stay and fight Just fuck off you waste of space
  14. i have a bad feeling that he is going to shoehorn Pritchard, Wes and Naismith into the same team Rudd Olsson/Brady Klose Bennett Pinto Tettey Howson Naismith Pritchard Wes/Maddison Jerome This is not going to work at all as it will be an disjointed mix up front, is too narrow and we will mean we get overrun as none of them can tackle so well I would go for Ruddy Olsson Klose Bennett Pinto Brady Howson Tettey Murphy Wes/Pritchard Jerome So finding no use for our equal record signing Naismith I don''t understand what he is doing at all, we have too many players in one position if they could play in a no of positions it would be clearer but Pritchard is the only one who can play wider of the 4 attacking Midfielders. Also if Pritchard plays with Wes our best player at the moment they are a couple of midgets, okay Barcelona did it but can Norwich in the Championship??
  15. Yep, I agree totally with the above Just bizarre We now have 8 Keepers out of a squad of 45 that''s almost a whole team! Ruddy, Rudd, Matthews, Jones, McGovern, Oxborough, Killip Hallett And by contrast Jerome, Morris and Lafferty up front out of 45 It only makes sense if Ruddy leaves in the next few days
