1. What with the 4-1 thrashing we dished out and the potential of what a win could result in I dont think we''ve had a bigger league derby.Yes we''ve had the milk cup games and the 2003/04 games but there is so much riding on this for both sides. If (God forbid!) the blue filth win then they are right back in the playoff hunt (mathematically at least) and they have the satisfaction of knowing that revenge has been dished out.A draw isnt THAT bad but it isnt the best.A win for us and I think we''ll have enough to stay in 2nd for the rest of the season- cardiff have away games at Preston and Burnley and QPR at home wont be easy either.I really dont know what score to predict. The thing keeping me calm is the Paul Lambert factor.OTBC
2. I know its a long shot because there are still a few on sale from the club but I''d be willing to sell for less than the ten pounds it cost me.Just let me know via PM or this thread [:)]
3. I know as we''re in with a chance of premierleague football we should expect it but FFS yesterday was just ridiculous. I dont mean the people who dont make many games because of financial or other restrictions I mean the people who have only started ''supporting'' us since this good run. The amount of people yesterday who went just to wind the swansea fans up was just ridiculous.. get behind the f*cking team instead of waving plastic sheep- oh and of course if Ruddy doesnt wack the ball up to midfield or the strikers they launched into a tirade of booing! They were probably the same people who booed because we didnt beat Donny and Preston. The team needs real support at this stage of the season not day trippers more insterested in the premier league scores yesterday. I sat behind a group yesterday who didnt even know what score we beat Scum by! They thought it was ''either 2 or 3 1 and that Hoolahan scored 2 and Holt got the other''. OTBC
4. There''s a line in the song that goes ''and it''s up to the premier we go''.Just one question. What are we going to sing next year? [;)][:D] OTBC
5. Does anybody know how many tickets went on sale at 9 am this morning?I''m going with 5 others [:)] should be good
6. As David Cameron would say to Miliband ''you cant attack our plan if you dont have one of your own''! I suppose that logic applies here- I cant really think of a better way but I suppose no system is ever going to be fair. The worst thing is had I decided to apply by myself for tickets I''d have been in group 2 and guaranteed tickets- because I''m a season ticket holder. I suppose the beamback wont be THAT bad, will it!?
7. I just cant see how its fair that someone with a home season ticket might not have been to an away game this year yet enjoys the same chance as someone whos been to 10 away games but without a home season ticket. They should keep home and away tickets seperate!
8. Me and my brother have been to 12 away games this season so that we could be guaranteed Ipscum tickets. He isnt a season ticket holder however and this is where I think the system fails. How can it be fair that even though he has been to 10 away games he misses out and drops us both down into group 3 with season ticket holders who might not have been to an away game that season? Fortunately we''ve enjoyed all the games we''ve attended but it doesnt change the fact that this system is very very unfair. I''ve loved every thing that Super Dave and the new board have bought to this club but ffs the system needs changing. If we''d known that season ticket holders who havent been to a single away game would be group 3 like him we wouldnt have bothered going to 10 away games and just bought him a season ticket instead!! Now please... how can that be fair????? OTBC
9. I''m getting 5 tickets for the beam back [:)]I know its not as good as being there but lets face it it''s cheaper and there''s no potential for trouble is there?!
10. There''s a chance I could be going to this match- especially with it being on a bank holiday. Should be good [:)]
11. I''ve not been successful then [:(]No money has left my account, beam back it is then [:)]
12. I''m in group 3 also.Is it worth me calling the ticket office?
13. Could cause mayhem in the playoffs....especially if Rangers appeal.
14. It wouldnt be the end of the world if we go with the team that gets us promotion.Keeping it the same and all that jazz.
15.
McNally has invented a time machine, and tomorrow he will unveil the signing of Darren Huckerby.
That would make him an even bigger legend, my estimation of Super Dave would go up as well....[;)]
16. That is f*cking incredible - pardon my french! I dont care what anybody says, we are the best support in the football league! Cant wait for saturday now!
17. I''ve just done the prediction thingy on the beeb site- I''ve got us to finish 2nd but level on points with Cardiff with 82 points- shaded it on GD .[:D]I wasnt completely biased- i had us down to lose at Portsmouth and draw V Swansea.
18. Bad news for those who dont have sky I guess.Fortunately I got skysports last year [:)]
19.
I can''t wait! Can''t say I''m looking forward to the coach trip though!
You and me both mate! Fortunately I''m getting dropped off at Barton Mills so I escape the last hour [;)]Bring on Saturday!
20. Just rang the ticket office in relation to getting dropped off at Barton Mills on the way back from Swansea...apparently the people in group 3 wont know anything until thursday at the earliest.Hope this helps [:)]
