1. At least wait until the transfer window opens. If peter Grant is serious about this club, which I believe he is. Then come Januray he will have made his mind up who is to go and what he wants. Last year The Doc was the best of a bad bunch. Dublin at the back has proven that the Doc is not upto the task. Also many other players (they know who they are!) have just not performed to their full potential or are simply not good enough. (unfortunaty Dublin to NOT a long term defensive option, but proven just how bad our defense was! and still is!)   My Underperformers list is: McVeigh/Doc/Jarvis Brothers/Eagle/Henderson/Robinson/Thorne/Colin My Average Performances are: Gallager/Shackell/Dury/Safri/Hucks/Croft Excellent so far this season: Etuhu/Earnie Grant knows want he wants and if the players don''t move themselves into the bottom list then they will be gone. TOO LONG HAVE WE HELD ON TO THIS DEAD WOOD! OUR DEFENSE RECORD IS -7 (I think) this is CRAP! We MAY scrape a top 6 place this year, as this year WILL be a better season than last, but it all depends on the Jan window and what Grant can do with what little money he has.   IMO: He will sell Etuhu to Fulhamor Charlton for 2.2million to finace some players that he needs. He has no option as money is tight. Chadwick will stay and this is good as he''s a quality player. What ever happens I''ll still be there to watch''em!!!! Up the City     Cheers All ...
2. I''m gutted for the man as well.     I always look at West Ham in the prem as I have also liked there play and see them as a ''Norwich type of side''.   Love that Alan Pardew is bringing as many home grown players into his side.   I wish ashton and greeen well. Hope they both get back into the England side soon.   Only an idiot would keep them out!
3. Dion Dublin and Andy Hughes!!!!! Andy Hughes has had a hell of a time at Norwich SO FAR .... But his game against Sunderland (apart from one back pass) was outstanding. What made me mention this was his commitment! At one stage he was punching the air and getting the crowd involved with his passion. (this time it was with passion not anger!) If only more of our players showed this passion at times. Too many dift wood players just turn up and do nowt. Well done Hughes, lets have more each week! Now then ... Dion Dublin ... 37? 34? can''t remember. I don''t care. He looked the best full back we''ve had for years!!! He knew every single ball that came into the box and he cleared it away! Put him in the box at the other end AND get SOME BALLS TO HIM! and god only knows how many he will score. A long post I know but words that needed to be said! (hi Geoff!!!) Cheers All
4.  West Ham are a passing side like Norwich. A traditional Side with values and a tribute to the prem League. I hope they stay there. I wish Ashton/Greeno well ... I just hope we can play them as well in the prem next year.
5. I''m Glad for all the away fans .... At last a Norwich away win and at St Andrews !!! Grants already starting to eat into Worthys record of 6 away wins in 47 games!!! 1 out of 1. Lets make it 2 out of 2 Saturday and beat the run away leaders (and pretenders) Cardiff!!! Roll on Saturday, I can''t wait!!! A norwich Home game with a different Manager!!! What a atmosphere there is going to be! Lets get behind of Granty. He may surprise us all including me! Cheers all!
6. oh god!!! Looks like we had 20 people to start with and now we are down to this 4!!! I''d rather have Glen hoddle or Bryan Robson tahn any of these!!! Yes I know what you are thinking, but who in the hell are these people? (I only really know who crooky is! But hes too inexperinced) I fear we are selling ourselves very short! Don''t want to pay the wages to the managers like hoddle etc. Rather pay peanuts for league 1 & 2 candidates! Oh well theres nowt I can do! God help us! Cheers All
7. Well, Well, Well. I''ve been away on work for a week, only to see on dif paper headlines and Mobile phone sports news headlines (3) that Curbs, Bowen, Tilson all don''t want the job or can''t have it. Now then what do we really want? 1. An up and coming manager like Tilson who has done well with Southend but thats about it. May or May not ''have it'' for the Championship Playoffs and then Prem League? Take a gamble? OR ... 2. A Glen Hoddle/Brian Robson. Have had excellent footballing careers both interntionaly and at the top level. Have had average Managing careers with both relegations and promotions and even quarter final world cup defeats to the Argees. Personaly I just don''t know. Half of me thinks if I hear that tilson or alike is appointed I will think. WHO? Yet if If I hear Robson I will know who he is but wonder if he can hack it! One thing is for sure I can''t do anything about it! (please not K blackwell!) Cheers All ...
8. I don''t think I can edit it now. Ask the web team nicely and they may add Martin to the list. Otherwise add it to the bottom under a reply. Cheers now over 105+ votes. It looks a two horse race between Bowen and curbs!
9. only 70 votes so far as of 2pm monday. Lets get this poll over 500. A good view of who people want. (to keep tis posting high in the forum you have to reply to it.) cheers all.
10. Hi All Please Visit the POLL AREA of this Forum to voye on YOUR choice of Manager. Extra Names to be added to the bottom as a reply. You never know who maybe watching!!!! Cheers All
11. I want us to lose (i know!) so that we can get rid of this taticless Worthy. If we do lose to a good top 5 Burnley side then it will be 0-1. Unfortunatly we have a good home form and have always had it under Worthless. So I think it will be 2-0 to City. ( then an away day6 defeat to the new manager ay QPR. THEN WHAT!!!
12. ''If he goes and its a big if'' is starting to turn into ''not if ... but when!'' Great to see so many possible names for the soon to be empty post. A liitle extra thought. Most people are saying that if Keegan comes in, Hucks will go. Not that I''m bothered if Keagan ever did come BUT ... Do you think that Norwich have over relied TOO MUCH on Hucks playing . In other words, most non-Norwich people say that if we don''t have Hucks or if you cut him out of a game, Norwich are nothing. Is this a worrying issue on its own. As in 1-2 years Hucks will retire. And then what of Norwich? Its True Croft is a good player on the other side, but even the Pinkun and other papers state ''Hucks maybe out still with an injury'' as if its the end for Norwich. I hope he stays untill he retires BUT we must stop relieing on him. ONE Man don''t make a Team! Cheers Again ...
13. If the club has some money to bid for Cockerill at £2 million then paying Nigel off and paying for a Manager should be ok. Only prob comes in getting a bigger squad. Free players etc... Maybe like Keane has done at Sunderland? Anyway aparently we may have a take0over from Millan M of portsmouth. OR is this just a load of squit. Personaly I''d prefere Delia any day! Cheers AGAIN
14. Who is there out there who would like to come to Norwich? Apart for Curbishly, who I would love to have, but think that we are to small and hes done it all before with Charlton. Who is there apart from the current rejects like: Robson/Megson/Blackwell/Spackman/Keegan???? We need somebody with Curbishlys and Martin o''neals experince to sort this club out. We don''t want Iwan or Ince or any other new boys with no management experience. Names Please .... and why? (I suppose in the end anybody with new ideas is better than what we have!) Cheers All
15.
I suppose I can understand the logic here but I can''t bring myself to cheer on the opposition, it just isn''t right.
I feel the same. I will be there on Sunday and ''watch the Game'' But I won''t cheer for Burnley. Yet I want Worthy out. Enough is Enough. 9 games gone and only 11 points. BAD
16. yep, we can score 3 as well BUT we can''t defend away from home. Sums it all up mate. BYe Bye worthy, New man needed!
17. sent a email. Will let you know reply. Cheers
18.
I think Worthy can still pull it round but needs a bit more time. We did start off well at the start of the season and I hope we can regain that form soon. It unsettles the team to keep changing managers too often. He got us into the premier league once so why not again?
Where have you been the last two seasons? MORE time!!! Don''t make me laugh!!
19. Just a little extra to all the KTF''ers who think worthy is a damn God!!! He''s had 9 games now!!! How many more. I bet we beat Burnley 1-0 on Saturday and then lose our next away game. Worthy will still be here after 11 games 14 points. and 12+ away from the top!
20. Last year many fans and critics stated that after 10 games Worthy can pull it around and at times last year near Christmas we did. With back to back wins and confidence. But once again it all went wrong finishing out of the payoffs. This year it all seemed Great! I was at the start of the season games and thought that we were a different team, and have been on here stating that we look at 90% the best team in the league. THEN ......... BOOOOOM! We crash away from home. Fail to beat teams at 3-1 up. Fail to even come back at 3-0 down at coventry. Fail at Plymouth 3-0. Fail away to Derby in a bore draw, and even Fail at HOME to the palace with a dismal display! WE CAN"T WIN AWAY FROM HOME. Worthy doesn''t know how to win away from home. IF we don''t act VERY soon and bring in a NEW management team with new ideas and team spirit we will finsh mid-table AGAIN! We are now 9 points from Cardiff!!! And Ipsh**t have overtaken us! Come on board act NOW. Problem is that if we win again at home to Burnley Worthy will save himself until we go away from home again! Its a painfull Saturday afternoon seeing the Norwich away Form Score. I get so angry!!! Cheers All
21. Hi my wife works with the famous Flash Gordon of Norwich city. Maybe just Maybe Norwich could ask him to resign and come on as a super sub! Well Why not!!! What a strike double! Then if we ask Fox as well. Apparently he played well in the charity match! Then it would be the 3 amigoes coming off the bench at 85 mins! ...... I''m only jesting, If dion scores the winner against the scum, or Palce away or Wolves or anybody then I''m happy. At least he''s tall!!!!
22. It shows a video of us beating Luton with the caption '' Get your season off to a flyer'' Yes that was then. Not Now! Oh dear
