NCFC4LIFE 0 Posted February 23, 2011 Last night when the ref blew up there was a number of people around me that booed! For me this is absolutely unacceptable, I for one will be the first to admit that we were not good enough last night and there were a number of things about the performance last night that were poor. However to boo the team at the final whistle is ridiculous, this team is remarkably over performing this season and to boo them really does some up the fan base at Carrow Road. Although they certainly did not deserve a clap last night to boo them is crazy. The players and Lambert would of heard that, and i for one don''t like it. yellow 63 25 Posted February 23, 2011 know where you are coming from, but to be honest this match had banana skin written all over it and a lot of our fans think we just have to turn up to win games, wonder if Forest fans booed last night ?
NCFC4LIFE 0 Posted February 23, 2011 I really didnt think it was a banana skin, I also didnt think if we turned up it would be a walk in the park, Doncaster look up for it from the kick-off. I think our players were in cruise control a bit last night, but to boo them is silly. Its similar to when the ball is being played from side to side by our back four, or the midfield have no outlet pass so they have to go backwards to strart again and you hear a grown from the fans. There are a lot of fans in Carrow Road that really have no clue.
Dicky 0 Posted February 23, 2011 As a fan, you can either be a part of the club''s success, adding to the support and spurring the players on, doing your bit. OR you can be a negative idiot and boo.
Hannibal 0 Posted February 23, 2011 Although i didnt boo myself I don''t think there is any harm in a boo every now and then. after what was, lets be honest, a poor performance. I think it serves as a reminder to the players to keep their feet on the ground and actually bother to turn up and play every match. The numbers we get turn out, at the very least, deserves a decent amount of effort each game. which for me was lacking last night. Having said that i think we are a decent striker off promotion if we''d of had a Earnshaw or of that ilk last night we would of won by 2 or 3.
NCFC4LIFE 0 Posted February 23, 2011 agreed, im not saying that i am the ideal fan, as i in the past and im sure in future i will voice my opinion on the terrace, and if the team deserve to be booed as they were a couple of times under Roeder its acceptable. Last night was not one of these instances! SHOCKING

yellow 63 25 Posted February 23, 2011 yes a lot of our fans are pretty clueless but just based the banana skin theory on being very surprised if Doncaster got another hiding after there last 2 results and this proved correct, heaven forbid if we hit a sticky patch what the reaction would be,anyway roll on Saturday and hopefully a good result
Excited Canary 19 Posted February 23, 2011 The clue is in the word ''Supporters''...i.e getting behind the team not on their backs! I have never and never will boo a Norwich City team. I would rather there be 18,000 in Carrow Road that just got right behind the boys rather than the extra few thousand over-expectant idiots who groan, boo and are all-round unpleasant people! Lambert would have heard that, how do you think he''ll feel? If I were him I would be mightily peed off...
ca 1 Posted February 23, 2011 I wasn''t surprised to hear the dull sounds of boo ing ( sounded like it came from the Barclay) think people''s expectations are now so high and we are so close that people were just disappointed and are worried we''ll let this chance slip through our fingers.I didn''t boo by the way and there wasn''t any coming from the City Stand. We must get a striker in if we are to finish the job we''ve started.
