walsall on train?

anyone going to wallsall on the train just wondering if its possible without stupid amount of changes stupid price etc etc any help much apreciated.

If you can get to Birmingham New Street, there is a train from their to the Bescot Stadium.

Not sure whats the best route from Norwich, but I do know you can get to Notts direct and then a short trip to New St. I suspect it''s better to go down to London and then go west from there.

That is getting there from national rail site, the return gets you back to Norwich for about 10pm.It is £69 return but there is a trick to make it cheaper. Ask for a return to Peterborough and then return from Peterborough to Bescot stadium this only costs £45 total, it is totally legal just the robbing bstds at the station don''t tell you this.

If you want a pint/drink your last chance if to grab one is in Birmingham Station or just outside the station, as there is not anywhere once at the Bescot stadium this includes the away supporters stand and the railway station is a platform only.

You would want to go by changing at either Peterborough or Ely and then changes at Leicester a Birmigham New Street.

Would take about 4 and a half hours and best splitting your journey up when buying your tickets.... Buy Norwich to Peterborough, then Peterborough to Birmingham and Brum to the Bescott etc.

If you purchase your tickets in such a way then you are likely to save enough for your beer money for the afternoon, trust me.

you  can  get a  train direct  from Norwich to new street and  then get a train to walsall only two train journeys and  trains run regular to walsall from birmingham new street
