Captain Holt 580 Posted November 8, 2008 Hi allI was wondering if anyone could help me.My Dad and I have lost the season tickets (they were in a wallet and we can''t find it anywhere!) and have contacted the club. They said they will print us out the tickets for today''s game providing we have proof of purchase. Well, the bill that had the original ticket transaction is long gone so we''re a bit stumped. Should I just take previous years season tickets or what? Thanks for any help in advance.
Syteanric 1 Posted November 8, 2008 take some I D and ask them to check your name and address on the system.... they should be able to find you...although thats common sense, and i doubt the football club has any of this!jas :)
First Wizard 0 Posted November 8, 2008 To be fair, they''re pretty good with their database checks............well, they are with me anyway.[Y]
yellow+green 0 Posted November 8, 2008 Did you pay by cash?If by any other method you can take credit card/bank statement along with id.
Branston Pickle 4,147 Posted November 8, 2008 Be fair - one thing the club can''t be too heavily criticised about is customer services - of course there are occasional grumps on here about things, but when all is said and done that is something it does well. It is not exactly their fault if someone loses their tickets, but you''d think it has happened before so they''ll sort it.If you have been paying by direct debit you could take a current bank statement, as this will have the month''s transaction on, or if you paid in full at the time of purchase that month''s bank statement should suffice as ''proof of purchase'' - I guess whether you have that will depend how good your filing is! gazzathegreat 0 Posted November 8, 2008 They will find you re your customer number if you have that anywhere. Do you still have the invoice (if you were paying direct debits) or even a bank statement with the transaction on?I am sure you won''t have a problem, just a few questions such as your seat numbers, time of renewal etc should confirm you are who you say you are. They might charge you for printing the tickets out though and there is a charge for a new ST card.
